After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Better than expected!We love this sofa! It looks even better than the picture and we're delighted. We had some issues with the delivery company but the Customer Service people at Ballard were terrific and helped make sure it was handled.

Beautiful to Look At, but UncomfortableThis sofa is stunning and very well made. The limed oak frame is of very high craftmanship. They grey linen is beautiful. However, it is uncomfortable to sit on. The back is very hard, and the seat cushion is not soft either. Regardless, I absolutely love it. I put it in the formal living room as opposed to our cozy den.

Great LookLove how this sofa looks in our home. We got it in the lighter flaxen color for our living room that we don't ever really use. The material is a little scratchy and it's not a super comfy sofa that you would want to curl up and take a nap on. We knew that when we purchased it and were really just trying to find a sofa with some character to fill our living room that would be used on occasion. It gives personality to our room and we love the Sofia Chair that we bought with it.

Could be a 5 but. . .I purchased the sofa in the flax color and love it except for the cushion stuffing. It seems to get lumpy after anyone has set on it for a while. I have to straighten cushion cover almost daily. Nice lines, finish and craftmanship otherwise. I am considering getting settee.

Lumpy, bumpyI love the color and the look of this sofa, except for the lumpy cushion. I'm not sure what the cushion that you sit on is stuffed with, but it feels very lumpy and uncomfortable to sit on. It shifts around while you sit on it, sort of like a bean bag chair. To make matters worse, you can actually see the lumpy, bumpy texture. Aside from that, i love it. I'm actually considering looking into getting a new custom cushion to fit inside the cushion cover, but I'm not sure where I can buy one of those.

sturdy. lovely parisian shape, nice wood but if you are looking for a main sofa and comfort this is not it.

Looks terrific, but that's about it.We purchased the sofa and matching chair in Natural Flaxen. They really do look lovely, and we've received loads of compliments. HOWEVER: they are very uncomfortable and the cushions do look lumpy and wrinkled if anybody sits down. We bought them for a formal front parlor, so I wasn't expecting them to be used much and didn't really mind if they weren't ultra cozy or inviting, but even so I was surprised by just how unpleasant they are to sit upon.
Again, they do look wonderful in person though! Love the fabric, love the wood and the shape. Still, if I had it to do over I would NOT have purchased this item.

Beautiful couch but heed the reviews!I loved this couch at first sight in the catalog and it took over a year to convince my husband to order it. I finally have it and it's absolutely beautiful - but there is one thing that just makes me crazy, the seat cushion is lumpy and bumpy. Makes a beautiful sofa look a bit messy. Customer service offered to send a whole new couch which I really appreciate but seems very inefficient for everyone - no option to just get a new cushion! What if the new couch has the same issue (since I see it noted in several reviews)? Disappointed in the quality.

Collects LentI loved this couch online and in the magazine. I really love anything French. However, now that we have had it for a few months, I loathe it. It collects every little bit of dust and lent, and I have to lent roll it pretty much every day to keep it looking nice. It shows every tiny spill or stain. DO NOT BUY THIS.
