There was a slight problem with one shade, but customer service handled promptly and completely to my satisfaction. I had lived with undersized sconces on my wall for 12 years and finally replaced with these..which make the room.

I placed mine on a staircase landing and top of the stairs. Good value! Highly recommend for both quality and design.
