Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.
Standard Shipping
Smaller items are shipped via standard ground service. In-stock items will generally arrive in 3-7 business days.
Some bulky or heavy items have an additional $20-$40/item oversized handling fee.
Please note: Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together. Allow three additional days if your order includes personalized items.
How do you calculate standard shipping charges?
Orders under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value. Orders $200.01+ will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.
All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.
*Orders placed in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands will have additional costs.

For faster delivery and additional fee, we offer Next Business Day and Two Business Day express service. Express orders received by 4 pm EST are shipped the same day.

Truck Delivery
Larger items are delivered via a truck delivery partner and will generally be available for delivery 2-3 weeks after shipping.
Please note: We provide two options for Truck delivery service, Threshold and In-Home. See below for specifics.
All items delivered by Truck Delivery- Threshold will be charged an additional freight delivery fee of $20-$40/item. You may upgrade your delivery experience to our In-Home Truck Delivery at your discretion for an additional $35 per item in addition to any other freight delivery fees. Threshold Truck Delivery
Items are unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage, or covered area of your choice. If the home is a multi-dwelling building, the items will be delivered inside the residence. No assembly is included. Packaging removal is available by upgrading to “In-Home” Truck Delivery. Please note: All items delivered by Threshold Truck Delivery will be charged an additional freight delivery fee of $40/item.
Items designated for Truck Delivery may be upgraded to our In-Home Truck Delivery service at your discretion for an additional $35 per item in addition to any other freight delivery fees. See In-Home Truck Delivery below.
In-Home Truck Delivery Recommended
On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery. Some items only ship via In-Home Truck Delivery. With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed. Assembly is not included.
Truck Delivery Scheduling
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4hour window for your delivery. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, narrow roads, restricted delivery times, gated entrances, proof of insurance requirements, multiple flights of stairs and service elevator restrictions. It's important to ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
What to expect for Delivery
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
Accepting your Delivery
Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Bamboo rectangular pendantsLove these elegant chinoiserie-modern lanterns in my transitional kitchen. Am painting the cabinets white and needed two statement fixtures to stand up to all the white brightness and provide a focal point. These lanterns have a silvery-gold finish that works with mixed metals elsewhere in the room and does not look cheap. These fixtures are nice quality and throw soft, pretty light. They look exactly as pictured but better IMO.

Special Touch.Great chandelier for tall ceilings. Our guest room is small but has lots of light and tall ceilings (9 feet+) this fixture is really pretty and has the right wow factor. We added a dimmer to the room so guests can walk into a calm pretty light. Paired with mid century inspired bed with linen bedding room receives many compliments. Looks good with toile bedding for the French/Chinese influence. The gold is closer to a platinum which I prefer.

Looks Great!I bought this for my enclosed porch remodel. While it’s not as gold as I thought, I believe the color is Champagne, it still blends with my gold hardware. I ordered the smaller version and I think the size is still significant. I’m adding a dimmer switch, which I always recommend, it gives off a lot more light than my picture reveals.

Transitional or Traditional - a versatile stunner!This gold-ish pendant is perfect in our high-ceiling foyer and works as a nice, transitional decor item between our more traditional furnishings in some rooms and the eclectic vibe our more lived-in rooms. It requires a little tweaking here and there to align all the candles and the center post but it's relatively light (we got the large size) and the forgiving finish will allow me to go a LONG time before having to get up there to clean it. We did have to hire out the install for our 18 ft ceiling. Definitely recommend!
