After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Excellent product, however..I now own 12 of these chairs and am about to purchase 2 more. These are my only dining room chairs and I love the flexibility they offer. However, 3 of the 6 shipments arrived damaged: chipped, dinged or splintered. Ballard replaced right away but allow plenty of time in case of damage. Also, after one chair collapsed under a petite girl, I had to hire a welder to add a piece of metal to the hinges so they wouldn’t slip. Bit of a design flaw there! Still, these are the only folding ballroom chairs on the market and they allow you to entertain large groups easily without having a zillion chairs clutter up the place. I like that.

Great ChairsI ordered 4 of these chairs for my dining room. They are slender but comfortable and very elegant. I also ordered the chair cushions from Ballard Designs and they fit beautifully and add even more comfort. These chairs are a great buy and I would purchase them again in a heartbeat!

Love these chairs!We received these chairs instantly. Perfect timing as we needed them for Thanksgiving. 16 out of 17 chairs at the dinner table were these and as a result I was able to fit everyone to a two-leaf extended table without adding an extra chair table to fit everyone. The chairs were surprisingly comfy (we did buy the cushions they have on this site). A month later, we decided to use the fold out chairs with our kitchen table. We've been using 4 chairs for about 5 months now (on a daily basis) and they are just as sturdy and secure as the day we bought them.

Love them!I love these folding chairs. I used them at Thanksgiving in lieu of the old folding chairs I've had for years. They were perfect. They are small scale yet sturdy and comfortable. They look great! I may have to order one more pair!!!!

This product is gold but has a hue of greenthis is a perfect product and definitely a decorative gem in my foyer. it arrived in very solid package. no damage at all. mechanism enables easy folding. the displayed color in catalog is golden but the actual product has a hue of green in addition to golden. not sure if the fruitwood option is more like golden.

Great Quality!I love the two weathered white ballroom folding chairs that recently arrived. I was impressed by the quality of the hardwood chairs, the style and the weathered finish. The chairs arrived in a very timely manner and were packaged extremely well so that there was no damage. i highly recommend these chairs to future customers.

Practical and CharmingWe have a 1930's era small wheeled table with two hinged leaves and needed a couple of chairs for it. Most dining room chairs, though, are too large-scaled for the size of this table, so I got the Ballard folding chairs instead. They're perfectly scaled for this particular table, which is a medium oak colored wood. The chairs are the same tone but also have darker colored points around the "bamboo" nodes, and that picks up the color of our wood flooring, as well as the dark brown furniture that's also in the room. Handy that these fold up and can be put away as needed, too. Very happy with the purchase.

Spectacular Folding Chairs!!!!!!!!!I entertain a large number of people throughout the year.
Have purchase 18 of these thus far, and may I say they have all been gorgeous. Love how I can fold up and store them, when not in use.
They look just like the ballroom chairs that you see at high-end function halls.
Love, love, love these chairs. Definitely a must have if you like to entertain in style!!!!

Beautiful, sturdy chairs! A Find!My mother bought 4 of these chairs for her small apartment, so she'd have flexibility in seating. They are GREAT! She bought the fruitwood color, which is a nice neutral (bamboo) brown. The finish is excellent. I sat on them at her dining room table for days during a recent visit and they were extremely comfortable and very sturdy. You would never know you were sitting on a folding chair. They don't tip, have a generous seat size and the back is comfortable. They look nice enough to be used all the time as primary dining chairs, and they certainly are terrific to have on hand for extra seating. While expensive, they are stylish, comfortable and very well-made, so I would say they are worth the money. I am considering buying some for myself too!

Ballroom fold up chairs.Beautiful looking chairs. I received many compliments at thanksgiving . The only downside is that they are a little uncomfortable to sit in. They are very upright with no give.

Damaged Goods.I reached out after my long awaited purchased arrived. Three of these chairs had significant paint chips. The packing was not damaged. I have never heard back from Ballard.

Poorly madeThese chairs were only used twice, on christmas eve, two years in a row. The look is nice but the quality is terrible. Horizontal spindle in front moves, causing the chair to not fully extend into place and if you forcibly extend it, you will break the chair. We had three family members slowly go down during the course of dinner. Extremely upsetting but thankful no one got hurt.

disappointedI was so excited to get these chairs. They look very nice. The folding mechanism is out of whack. We used the chairs only two times. By the third time, the hinge wouldn't fully extend, therefore the front legs tilted inward and the chair would collapse when average size people sat on it. So we started forcefully trying to extend the hinge and then the chairs actually started breaking. It wasn't just one chair. It happened to quite a few chairs. Very disappointed since they are elegant looking folding chairs.

Watch out!I ordered four sets of these chairs in Fruitwood and was extremely disappointed in the quality. Three of the sets were ORANGE in color and one of the sets was a much prettier light brown (as pictured on the website). Also, one of the chairs arrived with the leg broken off. Since it was an international order, I was not able to return the chairs or receive replacements without incurring additional shipping expenses. Would definitely never recommend these chairs in the Fruitwood color. You may receive orange chairs!
