What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads
Restricted delivery times
Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Quality last a life time!Love these stocking!!!! My first purchase of these stockings was in 2009 (my husband, me and our 2 dogs) then needed to purchase 2 more in 2016 for our first born son and our new dog. Then purchased one in 2020 for our second born son. I Love these and so glad they are a staple and BD still sells them over 10 years! Quality is still the same! Only change is hanging loop is longer so have to double loop the newer ones to get all the stockings to hang evenly. Highly recommend and I’m usually a more traditional solid Red stocking person but these add interest at Christmas time as I’m not a huge theme decoration person.

Precious well made embroidered precious stockingThis is a very well made sturdy stocking with excellent embroidery ( we used white on the green and it honestly looks best even with the duck off white canvas ). This is such a precious stocking to decorate your mantle with and even is functional to fill the stocking with loads of Christmas goodies and surprises. They shipped very quickly and all were So precious. We purchased the various patterns which complimented each other perfectly and looks festive in any room. We highly recommend this purchase.
