What To Expect For Truck Deliveries


  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Lights don't work well The wreath is full and looks nice, but one circle of lights stopped working after a few days. Batteries had to be replaced twice in a month to keep the lights that were working bright enough to see.

The batteries need to be replaced every 10 days, so 9 batteries for the 30 day holiday season. Starts out with bright lights for about 5 days and then dimmer and dimmer until no light at around 10 days. They look great, but I wouldn't buy them again and wish they were plug-in.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality, not as pictured It has no where near the amount of pinecones. Just like 3 or 4. Also the lights are a slight pinkish hue and not white. It's pretty apparent next to the white lights on our Christmas tree. Don't want to spend money sending back so now have to buy replacement bulbs. But because they are LED bulbs will be pricey. Don't waste your money.

I used them for about 30 days during the holidays, removed the batteries and put them back into their boxes for storage. When I brought them out this year (November 2016), 3 of the 4 only partially lit. I only have ONE wreath working properly after just one season of use! Buyer beware..they're no longer under warranty! Complete waste of money.

Batteries were removed each year before storage. We are now going to have to invest another $15 per wreath to replace the light sets. Don't waste your money!

When we took it down and stored it we removed the batteries to avoid corrosion. We took it out this year put new batteries in and the lights no longer work. Tried replacing the bulbs, still does not work. Cant find the fuse. Not worth the money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Short Lifespan I am heartbroken that these wreaths no longer work. We had them for two years and they looked great in our two front windows. But last year, they both died suddenly. I checked the fuses, and nothing worked. Then I went through each bulb to test them with a new bulb. It was exhausting and yielded no results. Now I have to throw both wreaths out.
