The "28 insert fit perfectly and fluffed out nicely - it looks fantastic. The lights are bright. It seems as though Ballard Designs fixed all the previous issues mentioned in the comments below.

At the end of the day, I can plug in my laptops, phone and any other device, put them in the drawer and close it. All my devices are out of sight, so I am not tempted to do anymore work, and in the morning, everything is ready to go.
