After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.

Good night sleepBest sheets ever! Comfortable to sleep on and cool when weather turned very warm. Would recommend to others. I had sheets in the past, but these are very comfortable and wash well. Little wrinkly, but not that noticeable. Colors do not fade, and the sheets do not lose their shape.

Sheet SatifactionI wanted a crisp cotton sheet and the reviews on these sheets described them perfectly. They are oversized a bit, which I can deal with as I would rather have the fitted sheet large then short. I really wanted the fitted sheet with tucked corners rather then elastic all around as I find it easier to fold. This is not which I find the only negative. The wrinklely aspect which others mention, I'm not finding so much. I don't use the pillowcases. I rather use silk. Overall I would buy these again and have recommended them to family who have bought the Frontgate sheets which they found heavy. These are also priced competitively.

High Quality Classic Percale Sheets!This is the second set of white Ballard Queen Egyptian Percale Sheets I have purchased. The set I purchased a couple of years ago was so fabulous and feels better with time so I wanted to make sure I had an extra set before they possibly were discontinued. The flat sheet on new set is surprisingly larger so I took some photos to show the comparison. The fitted sheet is also significantly deeper than my previous one. I am a bit disappointed that the flat sheet hangs below the comforter on both sides (not a good look) so I called an alteration shop and for $25, they will zip it down one side so this is no longer a problem. The sheets are very light and feel terrific. They do wrinkle but you will get that with true percale sheets. I iron the pillowcases and they look gorgeous when I am done. Overall, I love the set and for people who want quality, this is the best set I have found.

Egyptian percale sheetsThis is the second set of sheets I have bought. The first set were light and airy, but wrinkled as other reviews said. I iron my sheets and could never get the wrinkles out. Obviously not too bad because I bought more! The second set do not wrinkle like the first, and they seem a bit larger as well. Still love both sets of sheets as they provide great comfort.

Best Sheets Ever!Very light, crisp, finely woven and stays smooth when removed immediately from the dryer on a medium setting. This is the first bottom sheet that we've found that fits well on a deep mattress, and the top sheet and pillow cases are longer and wider as well.

Crisp white sheetsWe love these sheets. Bought the king size in white. My husband loves that crisp smooth feel when he gets in bed. I’ve washed several times now and so far they still look new other than they do come out of the dryer with wrinkles. I love my sheets to look smooth so I iron the pillow cases and the top sheet. I will buy again when I’m ready for another set.

Pillowcase CuffI only needed to replace some old pillowcases. This pillowcase is true to size. By that I mean it actually covers the pillow with inches to spare. It also washes really well. The cuff at the top doesn’t crunch up/wrinkle. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely order them again I now plan to order the sheets.

Best Sheets Ever!!When I first got these sheets I was concerned about how stiff and thin they were. BUT, I live in Florida where it is hot and humid 10 months out of the year and these are the BEST sheets I have ever found for keeping you cool. PLUS, they soften up with washing so instead of getting worn out they keep getting better. I have two sets now and they are the only sheets I will use during the hot months of summer. I save my old sheets for the cold weather. Yes they do wrinkle around the edges but who cares? You can iron it out very easily or do what I do and just put them on the bed as is. The wrinkles iron themselves out.

Great sheets.This is the best set of sheets on the market. I try to remember to buy a new set at the first of every year, always white, and I have them monogrammed. I also have mine laundered, so it's like a new set every week.The sheets feel so good to slip into, and they stay cool in the summer, warm in the winter.
