What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads

Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

No boots on my tray!I used this boot tray as a shelf on the bottom of a glass top table. It matches the finish oerfectand tucks into the legs as if was made for it. The tray is nice with the French Design, I even managed to find glasses with the same Design.

Just what I neededI needed something sturdy enough to actually work. I have an off white carpet and needed to be able to take off my gardening shoes when I come in from the back yard. I had a small waterhog rubber mat but the rubber backing slowly rubs off on the carpet and causing a dirty looking discoloration. When I had the carpet cleaned, the carpet cleaner explained to stay away from all black rubber doormats, and black rubber backed mats. I replaced it with this new tray and it is doing very well. I would love it if the dimensions were just a tiny bit larger so the water hog mats that BD sells would fit inside as a liner.

Beautiful Must-HaveI bought a single boot tray about two years ago and put it near the back door. I had thought of buying the rack and two trays at that time, but wasn’t sure I really needed it. I found the tray so useful that pretty soon it was full and always fronted by a row of slippers (which I wear indoors). So I ordered the rack and one more tray. I was not prepared for two things: 1. How well packed the rack was. It took a half hour to winnow the upper and lower racks and the vertical bars from the packing. Everything arrived in pristine condition. 2.What a beautiful piece of furniture the rack and trays are. The rack is much sturdier than I had anticipated.
Am I glad that I now have the rack and double-deck trays? Yes! The set is rustic and elegant, and most of all, it transforms an organizational item into a beautiful piece of furniture.
