We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or refund (excluding Shipping & Processing fees). All products are guaranteed from defects for a full year.

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Fees

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

It is durable as well as pretty. The only drawback is that the sofa is a little larger than I thought it would be, but that is something with which I can live.

However, the Baldwin sofa and the club chair and ottoman are very nice. The workmanship is high quality - no flaws or glitches. I will say that the furniture is quite large. I'm not a "numbers" person, so seeing the dimensions as listed under the "specifications" tab didn't give me a true sense of how large the pieces are. As it turns out, the pieces fit quite nicely in our living room; however, I strongly recommend that purchasers physically measure out the space where they intend to use the furniture. The club chair is massive. Two people can sit in it quite comfortably. We do like it, and it creates a nice reading corner in our living room. Also, be sure to order swatches of fabric before you order the furniture. If you rely only on looking at your color choices on the computer, the photos aren't true. The swatch I ordered is exactly the color of the fabric, so I was very pleased. The photo on line was way too bright. I also was very pleased with the shipping company Ballard uses (at least here in Texas). Our pieces were delivered in pristine condition, and sooner than anticipated. The shipper also had an excellent system for scheduling, and we didn't have to have someone waiting around all day, not knowing for sure when the truck would arrive. All in all, I am very pleased with this experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! Even better than imagined. Some earlier reviews made me hesitant to buy this sofa but the style and Cari Ski fabric was exactly what I wanted for my living room. I don’t live near a store so had no idea how comfortable it would be. A risk for sure. It arrived two weeks ago and looks beautiful, perfect. The cushions are comfortable. I am very happy with it so far.
