We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or refund (excluding Shipping & Processing fees). All products are guaranteed from defects for a full year.

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Fees

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Fees

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.

  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful, impressive chair. Very comfortable. The chair is beautiful. The upholsterers did a fantastic job with my custom fabric. The pattern was lined up with care and precision. Very professional. It's a very large chair. I knew it would be and measured carefully to make sure it would fit (which it does). It does make an impressive statement. Just be prepared. I plan to add more pieces from the collection in a complementary solid color later.

I drink my morning cup of tea, curl up with my little kidos and read books,....you need to find me? Look in the Baldwin club chair! Two people of average size can sit in this chair (snuggled in and touching) (I am 170 pounds, so a bit over average for my height....). I got the twill slip cover and really like the durability of the material. It went right on with no major wrestling.The chair frame and padding seems to be made well. I think we have had ours for about a year, and I love it more each day. :) I am considering getting another one of these because I love it so much!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent purchase but long delivery time Beautifully upholstered, this slipcovered chair and a half is really big (check measurements vs your space) but very comfortable. Wide and deep, and the seat is not too low. Cost is high once you include shipping and in home delivery but worth it. My only complaint was that it took 4 months to get it!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Does not fit after washing....stains easily I have the Baldwin chair since 2011 and it has held up fairly well. I ordered a new canvas cover in 2016 and after 1 washing, it took 2 men to get the cover back on. The shape is odd since it is stretched in some places. Further, it stains very easily unlike the original cover from 2011. Very disappointed.
