We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or refund (excluding Shipping & Processing fees). All products are guaranteed from defects for a full year.

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Fees

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great piece! I purchased this sofa since my mom purchased the exact same sofa 23 years ago and it is still in great shape! And I am glad I did. It is a very well made sofa that handles my big family of tall people well. Comfy enough to sleep on in a pinch too since the back cushions are all removable. I sprayed scotch guard on it to deter dog and kid messes and keep blankets on the seats to help keep it clean too, however I love that I can wash the slip cover and even order a new one eventually to have a whole new couch one day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stylish, comfy, and easy to maintain! I ordered the Baldwin sectional for my second home in Florida. It arrived and my son helped me set it up and put on the slipcovers. Everything was a breeze. It is super comfortable, the off white duck fabric exactly what I expected after choosing from the swatch. I recently washed one slipcover in the toploading washer and it came out great! Just took out of the washer and put onto the frame to air dry. Easy peasy! The only thing I haven't figured out is how to keep the sectional pieces from moving separately...need to work on that, otherwise perfect. Good value!

The base fabric sags and the sofa does not have the crisp appearance shown in your picture. It is very comfortable to sit on, it is in our living area so is in constant use. We ordered this in a performance fabric, however, it is easily soiled. I’ve purchased fabric to make arm covers which should have come with the sofa considering the cost. Also, the design does not allow for any turning of the large chaise cushion. This piece could be so much better with a few minor changes.
