We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or refund (excluding Shipping & Processing fees). All products are guaranteed from defects for a full year.

After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.

Wonderful piece!We love the comfort of this couch! It has quickly become a favorite piece for our whole family. We have two boys, so having a slip cover with machine washable fabric was a must. Even guests have been very complimentary on the comfort and style of the couch. A great purchase that will be enjoyed for years to come!

it's very comfortable, to me, for everyday use. I sit in the same spot everyday
Cons: simple stains don't come out well
the chaise lounge isn't attached to the rest of the couch so you can't sit where they connect - it pushes them apart and you fall through. For this reason I wouldn't buy this couch again. It's basically 2 different pieces of furniture but marketed as 1 couch

Uncomfortable for lounging! Can feel the frame.I bought this chaise sectional about 3 years ago, without sitting on it of course, because I have quite a few BD furniture items and love all of them--except this couch. While the cushions have held their shape, so that it looks pretty nice, (except the the fabric is too loose on 2 of the cushions) there is a major flaw which bugs me every time I sit on it which is every day. My husband and I like to stretch out on this couch and watch tv and whoever is stuck on the couch side (vs the chaise side) can fully feel the frame between the cushions! It's right at the hip point when I'm sitting sideways with my legs on one cushion and my upper body on the other and it's terribly uncomfortable. If you're just getting this couch for formal sitting you wouldn't find this a problem probably. One of the drawbacks of buying online, I guess.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!Complete garbage!!!! The material is not quality and after 2 months it looks like its 5 years old. You can feel the frame when you sit down. Not the quality that I would expect from Ballard....

disappointedI thought I had written this review before but I could not find it so I'm submitting again.
The slipcover I purchased, Tribly natural, was beautiful. However after several months it started to pill. Because the fabric was light the pilling made the furniture look dirty. I was advised I could change the slip cover as it was within the years time of purchase. I changed to a Tribly charcoal color. I was told they were aware of the pilling, but that the manufacture had taken care of it. The new slip cover has also pilled but because it is darker does not show as dirty. The other think re this couch is the feathers. While comfortable to sit on initially, the feathers have started to come through the fabric and poke at you making it uncomfortable. Not to mention there are feathers all around the pillows. I did not buy this sight unseen and of course it was expensive. I'm very disappointed as it is only my husband and I and we have no pets. Hoping this finds its way into the review this time.
