We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or refund (excluding Shipping & Processing fees). All products are guaranteed from defects for a full year.

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable and sturdy! I was nervous about making such a large purchase without "sit testing" first but I LOVE this sectional so much! Definitely comparable (or superior to) the PB Comfort line. The down-wrapped cushions are wonderful and the couch is deep-seated and luxurious. We are a very tall family and this sectional is roomy enough for 3-4 of us with our long legs. I got it in the natural twill - happy I can wash the slip covers but I definitely intend to scotchgard too. I do wish there were fastners to hold the sections together so they don't scooch apart.

Had couch for several years, super comfortable and has stood the test of time....however, we purchased it with the white twill slip covers.... since we actually wanted to be able to use the couch and wash it as it was advertised! We have followed the directions EXACTLY BUT FROM THE FIRST WASHING WE HAVE HAD A FIGHT ON OUR HANDS TO PUT THEM BACK ON THE COUCHES. Trying to find replacement covers because we love the couch itself but can’t seem to find any that are actually washable and won’t shrink....

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Twill shrinks! The sectional itself is awesome, I’ve had it a five years. But, it was time for a new slipcover. I bought the white twill to replace my old trilby specifically bc it wash machine washable. IT IS NOT! The very first time I washed it at home it shrunk so bad I couldn’t get it back on. Yes, I followed the instructions exactly. Such a waste of money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from pretty but not durable I bought this almost 4 years ago. It is very expensive but I justified the cost because of the much needed "washable removable cover". Well, upon the first time needing to wash it, which was washed in cold then put on immediately, it no longer fit. And it was a full blown wrestling mat to get it on and look presentable at all. So it now it is fitting evenly. I did contact Ballard who directed me to call another number which was no help. I've noticed now that they no longer are listing the fabric as washable. Spot clean only. I would have never have spent this much. So after getting past this, just basic wear and tear is making this couch look like it's 20 years old. And this replaced a couch that was much much older and had young kids on it. The back cushions squish down easily and fabric has pulls in places where my dogs do not even go. I'm actually seeing them on the side that I had to force the cover back on so I'm starting to think that it's a stress pull that it will probably tear. My husband staring complaining 2 years ago that it looked like an old run down couch. But it was sooooo expensive so no, I CAN NOT recommend this couch. It's nice looking and unfortunately it stops there. I even asked if I can get replacement back cushions but that is not an option. I am now considering buying another sectional someplace else with a much better warranty. :(

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Twill slipcovers shrink drastically in cold water! I bought the Baldwin sectional w/twill slipcover a couple years ago. I washed in cold water, tumble dry low heat. They shrunk about 3 inches. Ballard replaced, recommended dry cleaning (tag says machine wash cold or dry clean) because they do NOT pre-wash their fabric. I’m stuck with this and so mad I invested so much money into this furniture. This is my cold washed slip that is still wet - straight out of the washing machine. It’s not going back on. I do not recommend and it’s unfortunate because the actual sofa is comfortable. Not sure what to do!
