We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or refund (excluding Shipping & Processing fees). All products are guaranteed from defects for a full year.

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

I purchased this ottoman and slipcover about 7 years ago. Both the ottoman and the white canvas slipcover that I bought for it have held up beautifully. It's been through three adult kids, my husband who won't take off his dirty shoes (did I mention "white"?), two cats and a 75 pound dog. I only happened to see the negative review because I was online looking for *another* one, though sadly, in a different size.

I have an ottoman from another store and was looking for a cover for it. This cover fits it perfectly! The ottoman gets heavy use by my dog..you know..doggie in the window? This cover protects extremely well and takes tons of abuse. Washes well with little shrinkage. Obviously will purchase again! Suggestion to Ballards: Would like to see some print fabrics offered in the lower price range, not just the twills.

Purchased the navy blue twill, machine washable, slipcovers. The slipcover is too small for the ottoman even before it was washed to remove the high chemical smell. The slipcover is so tight that the ottoman is misshapen and looks like someone wearing pants 2 sizes too small. The fabric also attracts dust like crazy. My main problem is the terrible fit. This needs to be rectified asap. I ordered the sofa and two ottomans in January, received them in August, and have been so upset. The ottomans look like old worn out pieces and not brand new. The slipcover for the sofa is also too small, leaning a lot of pull and stretch lines in the fabric.
