You are invited to try items within our Best of Ballard collection risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price AND shipping costs. Best of Ballard items are exempt from additional discounts and free shipping offers.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries


  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

I have now my own personal working station, mess free :) Thank God I saw the review it had on the page after I purchased it, it would have discourage me to buy it. I disagree 100% with that review, I´ve been so happy with it, my printer is not small and I was able to store it, also disagree that it is easy to tipped over, I think its heavy even empty, and heavy enough with my stuff to not tip over. All my stuff is organized and I have a beautiful look, perfect. When I´m not working, I close the doors and no one even imagines it´s a pc and organizer unit in the dinning/living area it provides a beautiful finish that goes just great with my other furniture.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not for PC Users While a nice looking piece, it is not really functional for PCs. Mac users may fair better, but the dimensions are too small for standard CPUs and printers. Our printer is sitting on a side table now, and the CPU has to be turned sideways on the sliding tray; at least it can pull out for access to the DVD and card slots. For the price, I would have also expected a more solid piece of furniture...it is lightweight (read: low quality and has potential tipping hazard). Finally, the keyboard tray being mounted in the bottom half of the cabinet requires all doors to be open while the unit is in use...it would have been nice to have built in separately so that the noise of the CPU could be reduced (behind closed doors) while working. Disappointed.
