What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads

Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Very Pleased With New ShamsI was a little hesitant at first to order these, but went ahead anyway. Then I went into my local Ballards store and got to see the real thing. I hoped they would look as good on my pillows as they did in the store - and they did! I bought the "Spa" color and am so glad I did. These look beautiful in the guest bedroom, and go beautifully with the Buffalo Check drapery panels I bought as well. The pom-pom trim is extremely cute, and different. Very, very pleased with the quality of these shams.

Wonderful look and feelI loved the unique look to this coverlet with the pom pom fringe. After arrival, I love it even more. The color was true to the picture and exactly what I needed for the room.
It has a wonderful feel and weight to it and is not skimpy in size like some queen size products that don't drape down sufficiently on the sides.

Perfect top blanket for a kid/dog houseHate to admit it, but we wanted a nice looking top blanket that we can lay out at night to protect the comforter from our huge Goldendoodle, that still folds nicely at the bottom for during the day. It matches great with the Pom pillows and scallop bed skirt /scallop pillow cases. Point being it’s nice looking but also sturdy! Washes easily in the washing machine and no snags or tears from our 88lb puppy.
