After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

drapery rods and finialsFirst off, I have to comment on what great quality I found when I receive these drapery, rods and finials. I thought they were a tremendous value and really well constructed. Also, I thought the instructions, as well as the tools provided enabled me to hang the draperies within a relatively small amount of time. I like these so much I’m considering ordering additional rods and finials for other parts of my home I consider that’s another great purchase from Ballard Design.

Very Nice!I purchased this rod for our guest bedroom and just finished installing it yesterday. It is very easy to install and quite pretty once in place. I do recommend substituting its screws with more substantial ones. Also remember to buy finials or end caps. This doesn't include them.

High quality drapery kit!These are some very high-quality mounts and curtain rods and look so classy now that they are installed. They came in really nice and protective packaging. I went with the marble finials and one broke when I was installing them. The customer service was seamless and they were replaced right away. I would definitely recommend this hardware kit!

Easy to install drapery hardware.This was a complicated order for 8 window of varying sizes including triple and bay windows. Order consisted of rods, corner connectors (for a bay window), finials and open/closed brackets. Hardware looks high end and is sturdy, well made and comes with easy to install directions. Definitely worth the money and wait for all pieces to arrive.
