What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads
Restricted delivery times
Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Love it!I love this piece of furniture. I live in an "open concept" house which is great but lacks storage. This cabinet holds all of my stemware, crystal and more. I get so many compliments on it because it's classic but yet modern. Love it!

Beautiful Aris CabinetThe Aris Cabinet looked so beautiful in the catalog , but I certainly wasn't spending $2,000 to purchase it unseen. I was fortunate, the only store on Long Island was 45 min away and they had a floor sample.
This piece is amazing in beauty, very well built and is now a part of my home.

Aris cabinetThese cabinets are amazing. The quality is very very high end. I bought 2 one for each side of a large doorway. They are perfect. They are pale wood with white and gray coming through. The metal is an oil rubbed bronze not black but could easily pass.

Beautiful Piece!!I have been studying this cabinet for several months - I wasn't certain how it would blend with my existing pieces. I FINALLY stopped agonizing and ordered the piece. I absolutely LOVE it! It is a beautiful addition to my room. In fact, it steals all the attention when people walk in! Excellent construction - a very classy, one-of-a-kind piece.

Beautiful Cabinet, but c'mon BallardDisappointed to receive a credit card bill from Ballard Designs before the cabinet ever shipped and exorbitant shipping charges. Otherwise, the cabinet presents well and seems like quality construction. Beware though, this has a tip hazard; You will definitely want to secure it to the wall using the supplied brackets.

Pretty even when still packaged.The cabinet is gorgeous. All the hardware seems to work perfectly so far. Looks beautiful even though We’ve only placed it in a temporary spot still wrapped up in plastic because we are currently in a rental waiting for our new home to be built. The only thing I think I’ll mention is that the wood exterior isn’t completely smooth and consistent all the way through. There are some tiny imperfections throughout. I think they are on purpose so just make sure that you like that look.

Nice cabinet but flawed manufacturing…This is a beautiful cabinet, and for the $3000 price tag one would expect it to be in excellent condition. The front handles made of metal are offset. This is very disappointing. I contacted the company to notify them of this and I never got a response.
