Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Looks great and complements my decor much better than the original color. The only other issue for me was that the main stem was not perfectly perpendicular to the top plate of the fixture. So it’s a bit off center, but not too noticeable, hence 4 stars.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice Light - Poor Mounting Design We installed this light this weekend, not without a challenge. First of all, the wiring that came with the light is non-standard. Both wires were black, one with a "P" and one with an "N". Second, the mounting bar is designed to screw into the 2 holes in the ceiling drop box with no other support. This allowed the outer perimeter of the light to droop. To fix this, we had to take the mounting bar off and drill holes through the steel and use wall anchors to secure the outer lengths of the bar. It worked much better for holding the light to the ceiling. Third, the screws you use to attach the light to the mounting bar are difficult to line up. Overall, the light is great, just a terrible design.

The installation, however, is extremely difficult because of the very long bracket with no cross bracket to support it. We had to do some additional supports so that the light wouldn't hang down off the ceiling.

She absolutely loves the style, however, after spending a lot of time attaching to the ceiling, (my son is in construction so this is no big deal to him) we noticed the bottom wooden piece is noticeably CROOKED. Maybe because it is a product from India. I really wanted to return it but my son didnt want to go through the trouble of taking it down. It is quite noticeable how crooked it is. I spent a lot of money on it and I am disapponted in it. Pictures are available if need be. Its just the way it's made. I just wish it wasn't so noticeable.
