Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.
Standard Shipping
Smaller items are shipped via standard ground service. In-stock items will generally arrive in 3-7 business days.
Some bulky or heavy items have an additional $20-$40/item oversized handling fee.

How do you calculate standard shipping charges?
Orders under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value. Orders $200.01+ will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.
All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.
*Orders placed in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands will have additional costs.

For faster delivery and additional fee, we offer Next Business Day and Two Business Day express service. Express orders received by 4 pm EST are shipped the same day.

Truck Delivery
Larger items are delivered via a truck delivery partner and will generally be available for delivery 2-3 weeks after shipping.

All items delivered by Truck Delivery- Threshold will be charged an additional freight delivery fee of $20-$40/item. You may upgrade your delivery experience to our In-Home Truck Delivery at your discretion for an additional $35 per item in addition to any other freight delivery fees. Threshold Truck Delivery
Items are unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage, or covered area of your choice. If the home is a multi-dwelling building, the items will be delivered inside the residence. No assembly is included. Packaging removal is available by upgrading to “In-Home” Truck Delivery. Please note: All items delivered by Threshold Truck Delivery will be charged an additional freight delivery fee of $40/item.
Items designated for Truck Delivery may be upgraded to our In-Home Truck Delivery service at your discretion for an additional $35 per item in addition to any other freight delivery fees. See In-Home Truck Delivery below.
In-Home Truck Delivery Recommended
On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery. Some items only ship via In-Home Truck Delivery. With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed. Assembly is not included.
Truck Delivery Scheduling
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4hour window for your delivery. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, narrow roads, restricted delivery times, gated entrances, proof of insurance requirements, multiple flights of stairs and service elevator restrictions. It's important to ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
What to expect for Delivery
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
Accepting your Delivery
Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Beautiful and so realistic!!!This wreath just arrived a few days ago. My friends could not believe it wasn't real. I also sprayed it with a "Winter Forest Spray" and that added even more to the realistic look and feel. This wreath is a terrific deal. I highly recommend this item!!!

Very attractive and natural lookingI really, really like this wreath. It is very natural in appearance and when I opened the box I found it to be better-looking than I had imagined. I have a number of faux wreaths and this one is the closest to "real." I ended up hanging it on the 6 ft. window in our home office and many commented on it when they saw it.

Looks Real!Love these wreaths! I bought 7 and want to buy more for next year. I shopped around online and locally and these wreaths by far look very real. I got mine on sale and compared to what other retailers were asking (for very fake looking wreaths) these were a good price. I added a bow and lights and hung them in my windows and they look so beautiful. I read in the reviews that people were complaining they were not true to size and the quality was not up to par. With this knowledge in mind, I really must disagree. It took a minute, but with good patients you need to pull the pine apart and stretch it out so it looks full. And it does. So pretty!

Happy with purchase!Received my 3 angel pine wreaths and first the packaging was great. They weren't crushed together. They looked and felt almost real. I hung them inside on french doors with the red velvet ribbon I also purchased. I was very happy with my purchase.

very realisticThis is one of the most realistic looking wreaths I have seen. The price was reasonable and the look fits into any seasonal decor. You an add more pinecones or winter berries for a fuller look or leave as is. I would think the garland is just as pleasing.

Love this wreath!This wreath arrived very well-packed and is the perfect size for a front door - not too large, but not skimpy. It arrived a little flat but because the branches are wired, it took just a few minutes to adjust the pine to give the wreath more depth. The box is the perfect size to store the wreath in our attic, which is another plus. The wreath hung easily and we've already received so many compliments on it. It looks fabulous with Ballard's red velvet bow. I am very happy with the purchase.

Nice!Bought two to hang on our front doors. A classy wreath that will take us through both the fall and winter months. The look is more realistic than most wreaths. Greenery is multiple shades of green adding to the realistic look. Some fluffing out and repositioning of the greens is possible. It is also possible to add a bow. Would buy again at the $29.99 price.

realistic wreathI bought one and was so pleased with the quality and realistic look, I bought two more! These are great if you are looking for a wreath that isn't so bushy. I added mercury glass ornaments, pics and ribbon to all three of mine, so they ended up being very full. Love how they look with the angel pine garland.

Pretty but...I bought 2 of these on sale. They’re pretty and looks quite realistic from a distant. However, they’re also look a bit flimsy and dull. You need to hang it in a location where there’s plenty of light otherwise , they look dull.

Nice wreathThis wreath is very realistic looking. I was a little disappointed at first because it was squeezed into a box. I have been working with it to ease the branches out to make it look the size I ordered.I also glued in some additional artificial branches to make it look fuller.

Nice WreathI liked the wreath, but the dimensions were not what I was hoping for. The wreath was actually only 21-22 in, not the full 24 in. It was a little too small for my door, otherwise I would have kept it. Will probably try to get one of the bigger wreaths next year.

Realistic but fragile?Love the way it looks, however was surprised to find that it is constructed like fake flowers in that each branch is removable - molded plastic that joins to a stub. Unlike the wired wreaths, you can't manipulate the branchs to position them. While it looks soft, it feels prickly. I'm very happy with how they look, just hope that with little handling, they will last for years.

Just like the photo!This wreath is exactly what I expected when I looked at the picture. The variations in the colors of the pine needles make it look realistic. It is the first time I have ever had a "fake" wreath on my front door and I wonder what took me so long! Perhaps it was because I never found one that was of as nice of quality as Ballard's!
I would have loved to have had the option of purchasing different styles of bows to add to this wreath.

Great looking but cheaply madeI agree with most other reviews of this wreath. I also have the garland and would say the same thing ~ it looks nice for an artificial wreath and garland, but is frustrating to handle. When fluffing or decorating, the little branches fall off all over the place. If that could be improved upon, I would give it a 5-star rating.

Beautiful ... not 24 inchesThe wreath is beautiful. I love the look of it. It is quite real-looking. I just wish it was actually a 24" wreath. It is closer to 20". It's too small for our windows. The only way to get the branches to 24" is to pull them to the point that they come out.

Not worth the moneyIt's an ok wreath, I got it on sale and with a gift card, otherwise I would return it. It came packed in a very small box which gives it a square shape when you first unpack it. It takes some time to "fluff up" and while doing so, parts of it fall off. It looks real I guess, hence the 2 stars.

Poor qualityPoor quality, made in China and looks like it. Probably not worth more than $35 if that. Some fronds not even green but more yellowish, and despite being synthetic also sheds. Keeping it only because was on sale and got a more reasonable price.

Poor QualityI ordered this and the matching garland. Both were very poor quality and pieces were falling off before I got them out of the box. The wreath looks nothing like the picture. I was very disappointed - returning to Ballard.

Not as picturedWreath is not 24" more like 20". It isn't as full as pictured and certainly not even worth the sale price.
Branches fall off if you try to rearrange them.
