After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

The description is accurate--this really is the most realistic greenery I have ever seen. It even feels real to the touch. I hope Ballard has this next year!

Christmas garlandPerfect for my mantle because it’s not too wide and bulky like some. Very soft needles and very life like. It is a plastic material but very realistic. I had no issues with the pine cones coming off like other reviewers had mentioned. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

Timeless and very realistic!I spent a lot of time researching holiday garland and this was by far the most realistic. It’s very flexible and drapes nicely. It’s fairly durable and easily supported a strand of battery powered rice lights. I liked it so much that I ended up purchasing another.

Love!I just ordered two garland and received them in the mail. Even though it is faux, it really does look real! I read the previous reviews before ordering so I was prepared to handle them with care! They are a little on the thinner side but that doesn't bother me at all! I cannot wait to use the garland to decorate for Christmas. I am thinking about ordering two more!

So Real looking!I bought one of these garlands to decorate my banister for Christmas. I liked it so much I bought two more for next year and they were on sale! As mentioned by others a few of the fronds fell off but I can't find where they cane from because the garland is so full. I'll save them so if I find where they came from I can replace them.
