After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Service elevator restrictions

Beautiful look and quality!I have purchased many items from Ballard Designs over the years, and they always seem to be my favorites. But this coffee table exceeded my expectations. It is heavy and well made. The finish is beautiful, but if the grandkids scuff it up a little it won't matter.

I love my BD Coffee TableI've been watching this table for months now and purchased it on Black Friday. Delivery was super fast received it on Thurs. I read several reviews that the legs of the coffee table don't line up when trying to put it together. Here's the deal, you have to make sure that you tighten the legs last. Leave the legs pretty loose so that you can move around the legs just enough to line up with the holes. If you tighten the legs too much the holes will not line up. correctly. The very last step should be to tighten the legs. This table is well made and I'm extremely pleased with my BD purchase.

Great table!After waiting patiently for this table to become available, it was delivered in just 2 days via UPS Ground. Regarding packaging... it's very heavy (plan on 2 people to get it in the door). Lots of packaging to clean up, but it was packaged so well that it would be almost impossible to damage this table in shipping. Regarding color... it's different than either the yellow or white tones that appear in the Ballard photos. Another reviewer compared it to SW Natural Choice (see comparison photo). Very well made. Solid. Beautiful. Love it!

Highly RecommendI bought this for my family room along with the matching end table and we love it! It's the perfect size for a large L shaped sectional. I have a grey shag rug under it which looks perfect for a rustic / glam decor. It holds up to little kids, it’s been 6 months with no issues. I want to get a glass top made for it to keep it looking great for years to come. Shipping was on time with no damage. I highly recommend this coffee table.

poor craftsmanshipI love the table however, with such a popular company who makes such great furniture you would think that they would at least send pieces that the holes line up so when I went to assemble the item nothing matched up and I had to actually pay someone to come out and drill holes in the correct spots to make it work

Beautiful table.Love my new coffee table. It’s very sturdy and heavy. The only reason I gave it four instead of five stars is one of the screws didn’t line up when assembling. It does look great in my French Country living room.

Looks more plastic than woodI just got this table and, overall, I like the style and the legs. However, the wood looks like brushed plastic, especially on the top. I'm keeping it because I need a table. I'm hoping when my other furniture arrives for the room it makes me like it more.

Color not as picturedVery pretty coffee table however the color is way off. Nothing about it is white, it is cream. A pretty cream if that’s what you’re looking for, I was looking for whitewash. Very disappointed in the color. The leg of the table is the actual color, the underneath is a nice white.

Beautiful coffee table BUT very poor productionI just received my coffee table in whitewash and it is beautiful. HOWEVER, when I was putting it together the holes for the bolts to connect the bottom to the legs did not line up on one end. I improvised and put the bolts in one end and used wood glue to secure the other end. For the amount of money I paid for this and the quality I have come to expect from Ballard Design products, it was very disappointing to say the least!

Streaked ColorWe were very excited to order this table in washed walnut based on the picture online and the customer review pictures that seemed to be the same color. When we got this streaked color we were so upset! Very disappointing...otherwise it’s exactly what we wanted.
