The ladies in Design Services were all so helpful, and gave great advice as well as sending me pics of different pillow combinations. We also bought covers for the furniture, which are lightweight and well made and all fit perfectly into the Navio storage cube. We couldn’t be happier! ❤️

This is perfect, very low profile. The cushions are a little hard/scratchy...but I can eventually replace them if I want.

They are very attractive and well-made and look great on my patio. They were also shipped quickly. One of the chairs arrived damaged, with the top crossbar cracked, and when I called Ballard customer service about it, the representative was courteous and helpful. The replacement arrived quickly. My only suggestion about the furniture would be that Ballard would offer a choice of more than one color of cushions. The beige color that is offered is pretty blah. How about a blue or a green?
