If you're not happy, we're not happy. That's where our "Love It or Send It Back" policy comes in. If you're dissatisfied with your Ballard purchase for any reason, you can return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or full refund* (excluding Shipping & Processing fees).

You are invited to try items within our Best of Ballard collection risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price AND shipping costs. Best of Ballard items are exempt from additional discounts and free shipping offers.

If you don't absolutely love your new slipcovered seating or upholstered seating for any reason, return it within 10 days of delivery absolutely free – we'll even pay the return shipping. It's that simple. We guarantee it. Now doesn't that make you happy?

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Fees

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • Some items only ship via In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great chair to cuddle up We bought this cuddle chair with some other pieces of the collection (couch, coffee table, side table, two chaise lounge chairs and two swivel chairs). I love this collection because of the sturdiness of it and the beautiful scroll on the back of each piece. (We have heavy winds in winter and rain - and the chaise lounges left uncovered still look new.) This is one of my favorite pieces that we use in front of the outdoor fireplace or pull under our covered patio during winter. It's extremely comfortable to lounge and relax or hang with friends and enjoy the conversation.

The furniture is of excellent quality and very comfortable, the overall appearance is very nice. I was concerned about the freight delivery mostly, since I live in a very rural area. No problem! The furniture arrived timely and perfect with no damage. The trucking company was very proffesional and friendly! No problems here, will be ordering more pieces soon!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very nice chair. Glad I bought it. Well made. Strong frame. Cushions cut well. We wanted something like a love seat to put in front of a computer in our kitchen. I looked long and found this. Perfect size for two and doubles nicely as a chair for our breakfast table. The only thing I'd complain to the mfg about is that the small loops that hold the cushions on to the frame need reinforced stitching because I think they'll tear easily when the grandkids climb all over it. Time will tell.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Gorgeous, comfortable chair Fabulous outdoor furniture! It is well made, sturdy and just gorgeous. For the price, the one negative is that it doesn't come in a choice of cushion colors that are Sunbrella. I purchased a second Amalfi cuddle chair this year to go with a cuddle chair and ottoman and the matching sofa. In one season the fabric is noticeably faded. I took a star off for the fabric, but it's an awesome chair that is super comfortable to curl up and read in.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the chair, but not the cushions The Cuddle Chair is adorable. We fight over it. But after sitting for a short time, we get frustrated with how thin the cushions are. I really wanted the blue thicker cushions, but I'm not replacing these until they wear out. I think you should be able to buy the cushions you want with the frame. The fabric is scratchy, too. I've had much softer outdoor fabric on other things. Despite that, the chair is lovely, and we are glad we got it.
