After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads

Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Great Quality and ValueWe have had this set for a little over a month now. I couldn't be more pleased. I did a lot of research prior to purchasing. My husband is 6'7" so the set needed to be sturdy and comfortable. I am very happy to report it exceeds our expectations! We will be adding more pieces. The set is well made, has an attractive design and the cushions are nice as well. I would definitely recommend the Amalfi collection!!!

Beautiful and well craftedWe love our new bistro set! Unlike many others we'd found out there, this set from Ballard is so well made, sturdy and beautiful. The chairs are comfortable on their own, but the cushions that come with the set make it even better. It's also easy to clean, which is great because we have a dusty yard due to many trees. So glad we bought it!

Substantial, beautifulI just had a new English garden built, with clay brick paving, and this set finishes it off perfectly, complimenting a wrought iron gate and wrought iron lights.
I was looking for something that was classic, would last, not rust, was not too bulk nor too flimsy, so this is great value.
Versus other cafe table sets I looked at, the seats and table are just a little more generous in size, plus there is an umbrella hole and option of different sunbrella seat pad colors and styles to choose from later.

The table is a great size not too big or small. Perfect for a small area on your deck or patio. I love sitting down and having a drink and/or looking at the paper, its a perfect size for that. I would highly recommend this set to everyone.

Delighted With Amalfi Cafe SetWe bought two of these sets for our front garden last summer. We've been very pleased with the quality. One chair came missing a piece from the bottom and one of the tables was missing the ring. Ballard replaced both immediately. We now have a lovely French cafe look and friends love sitting in the garden with us in a space that previously went unused.

Amalfi 3 pc cafe setWe have purchased several pieces of this grouping and very impressed with the quality, comfort, and price. Looks great, no assembly, needs pillow for backGreat looking set and was very well packed. Arrived with no damage. Chairs already assembled, table requires assembly. I ordered the best cushions in spa canvas with the quick dry feature. I took off one star only because I was forced to buy the ugly tan cushions which I do not want. They should just sell the set without any cushions and let you upgrade to what you actually want. Also, these are more attractive than comfortable, but I just added some throw pillows. Now I just need to find a good looking 6' umbrella and stand for this that doesn't cost a fortune. I am really hoping these will last a long time. I plan to cover in the winter, but sometimes we get the odd day of rain in summer and I wanted something rust proof. Everything looks really good on my patio and I would buy again, assuming they last for years, which they better at this price.

Good look, not so good constructionThe chairs and table look great in our courtyard. However, we needed to reorder a second table. The screw-in mechanism of one table was stripped, as was one of the second. So, it took two tables to get one good one.
