Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.

  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great until... We purchased 4 stools; 2 with backs and two without backs for our bar area about 6 years ago. They have worked nicely - until one became wobbly. It looks like the screw on the base might be stripped. We can’t really tell. I’m probably going to have to purchase a replacement. It’s just the two of us, so the stools don’t get used a lot- only when we entertain or have guests. I recommended these because they are unique and comfortable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love these stools!!! We love our stools... own 5 of them!!! They have a comfortable seat and do not wobble. (We have had other stools similar style that the seat did wobble.) The height is adjustable which is great feature! We love the look!!! The only reason gave it a 4 rather than a 5 is that the metal back piece moves (probably a reason for that) but it is kind of noisy when people go to sit on the stool. Not bad... it just calls your attention to the noise. No biggie though! We love these stools!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Counter Chair The chairs are fairly small, which is exactly what I wanted. The stain on the wood seat is quite ‘rustic’ but if it is not suitable I imagine one could restrain it. They are surprisingly comfortable to sit on.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Seats needed varnishing Although these chairs (2) suited our needs the seats were extremely rough, snagging on our clothes. Luckily my wife is handy so she sanded them and applied 3 coats of varnish. Problem solved but it did involve half a day.

Not just little scratches either, scratches on legs, back of chair, around seats. No excuse for this!!!! They were packed very poorly. For the money these cost they should make sure they are wrapped well.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very stylish Bought 4 stools for my kitchen and they look fabulous as we have an industrial setting. They are sturdy but the backrest moves when sitting on the chair making a noise. If children are on the chairs it can become annoying. Also, with the movement some nuts and bolts become loose from the backrest. I called to ask for replacement back washer and bolts but they are not available. If the backrests test did not move, I would have given the chairs 6 stars!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Caution We ordered two of these chairs. The first day I noticed the seat wobbles when the height. Is raised from the base level. The next day we received the second one and that seat wobbles when it is raised. Customer service said they would take them back but since we are not going to raise them we kept them. My advise don’t order these for a bar stool.
