After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Ballard Designs Sunday Porch Swing Biggest FanI love my Sunday Porch Swing! I have wanted one for a long time and didn't have the right space for it. I had always admired my neighbors swing-so picturesque and well made. When we moved to our new home with a larger front porch-I couldn't order my swing fast enough! I also ordered the side tray and the cover. The cover is so easy to put on and off when needed as storms come through. We live on top of a mountain and I was concerned the swing might move around too much when the winds get up but not a concern. It is heavy and doesn't move around much at all even in very strong winds. So comfortable and gorgeous-don't even think about it more-just order one now!!!

Was worried about white fabricWe are loving this swing because it is wide enough for several family members to pile on at the same time. I didn't want to pay more for custom fabric, so we have the white fabric which is actually pretty loose dirt repellant right now.

Perfect addition to screen porchHad to fight my hubby to add this to our screened in porch when we built it. He thought it would take up too much room but relinquished....smart hubby. Only problem now is that I never get a chance to enjoy it as it is his favorite relaxing point. Great swing however I needed to add more cushions since the seat seems deep for me. The white cushions don't look fresh for very long but I have recovered them in a fun sunbrella fabric.

Love itAbsolutely beautiful and sturdy swing! Plenty of space for lots of pillows, Can definitely fit 2 comfortably. Helps to have a small stool underneath to "push off" to get the swing moving. I did sew a fitted cover to go over top the bench seat to protect it from dirt and stains, just based on other's comments that it gets dirty quickly. Super beautiful and peaceful porch swing.

Nice benchesPurchased two of these for my backyard patio. Love them. Also we get tons of positive comments by pretty much everyone who's sees them. They need assembly but it wasn't difficult. Disposing of the crazy amount of packing material was an effort. On the one hand I thought it was overkill. On the other hand the units came undamaged. So I can't complain.
One complaint is the color of the cushion. It looks beautiful for about 5 minutes. Then it gets dirty. I wouldn't buy white cushions for an inside couch, let alone one for outside with the dogs and birds and dirt and dust. But at the time I purchased white was the only option. The material is durable and cleaning them is pretty straight forward with some warm water and soap and a high pressure hose. They offer replacement cushions in a few different colors so my wish would be that they'd sell the swings with options for cushion colors besides white.
Other than that they are very nice units and we are very happy with the product. Additionally I feel the quality of the units along with the quality and quantity of cushions justifies the price.
