If you're not happy, we're not happy. That's where our "Love It or Send It Back" policy comes in. If you're dissatisfied with your Ballard purchase for any reason, you can return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or full refund* (excluding Shipping & Processing fees).

You are invited to try items within our Best of Ballard collection risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price AND shipping costs. Best of Ballard items are exempt from additional discounts and free shipping offers.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.

  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

I bought two of them for our beach condo and they have worked out very well; they give the room decor just the right added texture and feel for a condo at the beach. I bought them on sale and felt that the sale price was what the value was, so I'm thankful they've worked out well for us!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Charming accent The simplicity of this design makes it versatile -- perfect for both modern and traditional decor -- and quite pleasing to the eye. I placed this lamp on a mirrored Parsons table and paired it with some similar lamps from Ballard for a coordinated look. I subtracted one star because frayed rope fibers hanging from the bottom of the lampshade had to be trimmed off (easy fix). Well packed and quickly delivered.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Was disappointed. I ordered two matching lamps with seagrass shades. The two shades weren't even close to being the same color and were too large and overpowered the delicate glass base. I had to go out and buy two new shades in an ivory color and now they look beautiful.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality; shade not as depicted I purchased two of this lamps. When I received them and began unpacking the boxes, the first thing that I noticed was that the shade was rectangular and not square as all of the pictures led me to believe. No dimensions for the shade were listed on the website or in... the catalog, and I assumed that the shade was square based on all available pictures; this is my fault for not confirming with a product specialist but I do think it should be listed. When I began unwrapping the base, I was confused to find a rubber tubing (similar to an oxygen line tubing but more firm) adhered around the edge of the base with some sort of adhesive. The adhesive left "stains" on the glass base, making the base cloudy; there were also "crums" of adhesive stuck to the base as well. Per a product specialist, all of the lamps are shipped this way. I wouldn't pay $20.00 for this lamp and recommend that you don't either!
