Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

Great product. Slow service.
The baskets I ordered were the only ones the size I needed that I could find online or in stores. They are being used in the center of a small media center converted to a dresser to create some center drawers. Works great and I am very pleased with how it turned out. One of them has a slight flaw in the weave but hot glue and putting it to the back has fixed that. Not worth trying to return for exchange especially considering how long I waited to receive them.
I had to wait almost 3 months to receive the baskets. There was no indication at checkout that said they would be delayed. They were delayed 3 times. In fact the third time was an email that said I had to call to keep the order or they would cancel it. Irony is that the baskets arrived about 2 weeks after that. I was told that a wait like this is not normal but I have to say that it wasn't a good first impression. Had I been able to find other baskets in the dimensions of the space I was putting them, I would have moved on to purchase elsewhere.

great baskets, but were too large for my space!
Love these baskets, but they were just a bit toooo large for my cabinet. I guess it is because of the weave of the baskets. But, they are nice quality and I am using them in another place instead.

love a good basket!
I originally ordered this basket to display on the bottom of my BD Grand Tour Etagere, and it fit perfectly! I like it so much, I ordered 3 more to display in my media cabinet

Nice baskets
The two baskets I bought were a good size for shoes and other misc. I added small chalkboards to each for content id, and the baskets weave worked well to add these with twine. I have come to expect fantastic items from Ballards, so to say I was a little disappointed with the weight/sturdiness needs to be taken from that standpoint.
