Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

Love the plaque!
The item is exactly as described and of very good quality. Be aware that it stands out a good 3 inches from the wall, which I knew, because I had seen it in the store. It fit my space very well. My husband had no trouble hanging the plaque but he is very handy to begin with. He did comment that the drilled holes on the back are at an angle.

They look nice, but they're not worth the time and pain required to hang them
I have probably spent $8,000 or more on various furnishings at Ballard, and I have to say that this small purchase by far has been the most frustrating. I wish I had paid more attention to the reviews that complained about hanging these plaques. The keyhole brackets on the back are too small and the holes too shallow to accommodate most hooks or bolts available at the hardware store. To make matters worse, they were installed at an angle, making it impossible to slide the second bracket onto a properly placed bolt in the wall.
I've already made two futile trips there to find bolts or hooks that will hang theses plaques. Nothing has worked, despite my having used a paper template to position the bolts and despite my having measured several times. I also have had to patch four holes in my brand-new wall, and I'm hesitant to attempt another hanging.
Ballard really should have put more thought into logistics on this offering. I'm very disappointed, and had I not tossed the shipping boxes upon liking the way these looked, I would be sending these back.

HANDSOME DECORATIVE PIECE!
I love this plaque. I bought the smallest one first just to see if the quality was what I was looking for and I wasn't disappointed. Recently, I purchased this medium one for my husband for Christmas to put behind the bar in our lower level. He was very pleased with it: both looks and quality. It is a sturdy piece too because it took an accidental bounce roll down our staircase and came out of it unscathed.
