Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

Good looking, well-made, color more yellow/cream than in photo
On the plus side: the unit components (two pieces) are very well made. The piece looks good, and the top hutch is shallow enough to sit against a wall without swallowing up the room.. It's very sturdy. Nothing about it looks cheap or flimsy. It arrived in very good shape. I love that the doors can be closed while everything is on.
On the minus side: technically the shelves are movable but it takes a bit of work to do so. It took some maneuvering to get the cable box into the shelf because it's too wide to slide right in so the top shelf had to be removed. Color-wise, it's also much more yellow/cream than it appears in the catalog. I was expecting more of an off-white.
One other thing: it took two days and two people days to unpack it. The packing kept it in good shape in transit but expect a challenge when unpacking.

Great console
We bought this for our game room and it looks fabulous. It is a cream color, not white, as others have mentioned, but the color is very rich. Quality wood surface, heavy. It is packed almost too well--took more than 2 hours to get it completely unpacked and the many layers of boxes and styrofoam and wood crates cleaned up. But not a scratch on it, so worth it. Components fit nicely, plenty of cutouts for cords, nice DVD storage. Great value.

I love my console and hutch.
I am so pleased with my Wesley media hutch. I couldn't believe how perfect it fits in my living room. It's a fabulous piece. The only thing I could have wished for is a matching coffee table to finish my room! I'll be buying from Ballard again.

Excellent quality
I am so pleased with this console!! I am only giving it 4 stars because the color was more yellow than as described.. Otherwise, it's an excellent product, and fits in any decor & is the perfect size for a smaller home.
