What if I cannot add items to my cart?

Cookies:The shopping cart is cookie based, your security setting or acceptance of cookies might be the issue. Check your "Internet Options" under the Tools menu in Internet Explorer 6.0. Cookie information is found on the tab "Privacy" and if set to Block All, you will not be able to place an order without changing the setting.

You can also try resetting your cookies by following these steps: Please note that this will clear your cookies for all web sites, not just Ballard Designs. This will not affect any stored passwords or temporary files.
