Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

Beautiful clear glass shades - amazing price !
I ordered 3 of these clear glass shades to replace older dated shades I have on pendants hanging over my center island in the kitchen. I couldn't be happier or more satisfied with these glass shades. They are thick glass, beautifully shaped, and look much more expensive than they were. They have completely changed the look of the kitchen to a more modern, updated version ! Would purchase them again in a heartbeat - will just have to find a place to put them..... !

Great product!
Absolutely stunning light fixture! Very easy to install. I installed two by myself (someone who has no experience in building or installing anything!) in less than 30 minutes. The thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars is that the portion where you screw in the light bulb and the section above that, is white and it looks a bit off. It should of been painted a dark brown to match the cover and cord. Otherwise, a spectacular item at an amazing price! Good job, Ballard!

Perfect!
The installation of the adapter is easy, which makes my husband very happy because I didn't give him another "honey-do item"!
I like the ceiling plate, as it has more character than others I have seen. The glass shade is clean and simple. You may want to experiment with different types of light bulbs, since these will change the light output. If you get bored with these shades you can change them out with other pendants. The only thing that could have been better was the white color of the ceramic insulation around the light socket. I took a black Sharpie and made it black. It definitely made the fixture look more high end.

Easy, fresh update!
Super happy with these shades. We swapped out the frosted glass shades that came standard in our condo with the clear glass pendants and Edison bulbs. They instantly updated our kitchen and were super easy to install. The only note is that since they are completely clear, you can see the lightbulb fixture and some of the writing (100W max, etc). We'll spray paint over that so it doesn't take away from the bulb.
