Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

Way, way too short
This is a beautiful headboard. The quality is wonderful and it is very sturdy. The problem is that it is about 7 inches too short. We have a pillowtop mattress and box spring and you could hardly see the headboard if it were attached to the bed frame. Instead, as other reviewers have mentioned, we mounted it to the wall. I attached a D-ring to the center of the back of the headboard, hung it from a heavy duty hanger and rested the legs on the top of the bed frame. This was a BIG annoyance and took lots of measuring to retrofit. Be aware that you will most likely have to "rig" this to fit properly. Otherwise, it is beautiful and a good price.

VERY DISAPPOINTING
The Camden headboard was such a disappointment and not at all worth the money spent. The pictures on line do not show you the two VERY SMALL pieces of wood wrapped in fabric that come with the headboard that are supposed to support it to the floor. They are much too short and will not fit if you have a matress of today (high profile matress). Since the headboard is not returnable, I had to buy my own supporting wood pieces and wrap them in fabric to make it work. I have purchased other headboards on line with another company that were fabulous (for the same money). This headboard, no matter which fabric you choose, is worth about $120.

Excellent craftsmanship
This product is excellent for the money!!! Very well constructed. The craftsmanship was perfect!! You can not tell where the seems are on the fabric....just perfect!! The only reason why I did not give this product 5/5 stars was because the bottom of the legs were supposed to come with pre-drilled holes for installation...mine did not. I will also say that the hardware that is supplied for attaching the headboard to your bed frame is VERY weak. We had to drill our own holes and we purchased new, more heavy duty hardware.

Disappointed
The king headboard is way too short and way too thin (it came 2" shorter and 0.5" thinner than specified). Since the headboard does not extend to the floor, the supports are visible - especially when looking at the side of the bed. Combine that with visible stitching around the perimeter of the headboard - and it just looks cheap. I wish I had spent a little more money and gotten a higher quality product from another store.
