Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

Heavy-duty string lights, indeed!
These are some seriously sturdy string lights. Certainly the most heavyweight, flexible, and lengthy string lights I've ever encountered. I put them up on the perimeter of my living-room ceiling and installed low-wattage "vintage" looped-filament bulbs, and they look SO cool! They'd also look amazing hung on a porch or between trees for a party. You can hook together up to 4 strings of them, which would give you 200 feet of awesome ambiance! What you can't see in the photo is that the top of each lightbulb socket, where it joins the main cord, has its own hole for a hook, which makes it super-easy to put them up. A very cool buy.

String Lights Came Without Bulbs!
I recently purchased these string lights to hang in my courtyard. They arrived as ordered.... except I neglected to read the fine print: No bulbs are included! If you calculate $4 per bulb, that's an added $60 per strand.
As it turns out, the cord is too heavy to string across my courtyard without an added support, so I'm returning them anyway. But if you're going to sell string lights, how about including the bulbs?

I LOVE them, have seen in some oudoor cafes and have always admired.(I Still have to have someone hang them for me :-(
GREAT value for the $$. Unique,won't find in any local store. strong and Very european. I can't wait to be able to add the mood lighting to my outdoor Oasis.
