Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

Why this received all positives reviews I don't understand. First complaint, once you get it put together the arms as well as the candle holder part are crooked and bent,they can not be fixed,of course you don't know this until finished putting it together.The candle holder holes are way too small,so even if you purchase small tapers (which I did) ,they do not fit. It is very lightweight and moves easily once placed on the wall.I really wanted to return it,but the box it came in was such a disaster after trying to remove the product from it that I did not have way to send it back( it is an awkward size).Complete waste a money.This belongs in a discount store.Very overpriced. I think everyone is too caught up thinking it is "designer" and not caring about the quality of the piece.

Very unique and attractive.
The sconces are well made, unique in design, and very suitable for a larger wall space. They are easy to assemble, although no instructions are provided. It is important to place the washer, lock nut, and nut all inside the back opening for the arms to remain firmly in place. Three 1' long pieces of hemp-like material were included. I assume these are for wrapping around the base of the candles, but, again, no instructions were included. That is a minor complaint - I couldn't be more pleased with the product and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a unique design feature.

These are not just any sconces. These are Aidan Gray sconces! For those of you who know what that means, you'll REALLY appreciate these beautiful sconces, which are being offered by Ballard for a steal! What a great value!

Great design
I really like the design, however the quality just isn't there. I feel they are over priced at $179.00! Even for a reproduction. They appear to be more decorative than functional, even though others say they use them.
