Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.
Express Delivery Express orders received by 3 p.m. EST are shipped the same day. For items under 15 lb., the following Express Delivery rates apply:

Nice chair
I bought this chair for a small desk in my husband's office. It came relatively fast for a custom piece, the fabric was a nice quality and upholstery was done well. The chair is a smaller scale and my husband feels it's too small for working at his desk (he's a tall guy), so we are moving it to a guestroom as an accent chair and getting him a proper desk chair. I think this chair is great for dining room, accent chair or a woman's desk or someone of a smaller stature.

classic chair, nice lines
These chairs are a classic, something I imagine I will have for a very long time. They are solidly constructed and look like they would stand up well to daily wear and tear. Also look like they would be easy to upholster in the future when ready for a change of color palettes. The wood is beautiful, and the chair seat is well padded and comfortable.
The only negative I would say is that I had them covered in the Suzanne Kasler Linen Blanc fabric, which does not seem as high of a quality as I would have expected for the price. Also, the quality of the upholstery job was average at best. This was a surprise to me because I have ordered other chairs from here in the past that were upholstered exceptionally well with beautiful fabrics.

Chair looks great and is comfortable.
I love the chair and the way it looks. I am disappointed that I could not use scotchguard on the fabric. My chair is in a high traffic area and we have 3 children, so I'm not sure I would have bought it if I would have known this ahead of time.

beautiful chair
These chairs are beautiful and add so much to the look of my dining room. They are sturdy (I've stood on it to hang blinds) and very comfortable. I have no complaints at all.
