Color not true to picture
We ordered the green rug and were a little disappointed with the color. It was more olive green than a sage green. It will still work, but would have preferred the lighter color represented in the catalog.

Color not as expected
While this is a pretty rug, the color shown online described as "red" is really more like a rose. Also, the size is smaller than indicated. I'm going to try again with a different color and hope it works.

Easy to clean
Love it! Purchased runner and smaller sized rug for my kitchen. Looks and feels like a tradition wool rug, but cleans up easily with soap and water. So spills and lots of foot traffic are no problem.

Great Motif and Color Choices
These rugs have a nice feel. I am using them in a Jack and Jill bathroom in a vacation house. They blend well with the tile and fit perfectly in front of each individual sink and by he tub/shower.

Bathroom Makeover with this rug!
I bought the beige and black to put on the floor in front of my double vanities and what a POP! From there i chose a new black and beige stripped wallpaper and the bathroom looks amazing!

Good Product
However, wrong color shipped. I ordered brown, got sage. Thought it not worth the trouble to complain, return, await what might turn out to be another color mix-up. Nonetheless, a good product.

Great value
I have been looking for quite some time for the perfect combination of price, durability and comfort for the rec room for the kids. This was perfect, and the price and color choices were great!

Great durable, beautiful!
Very good looking rug, this is my second bought to match the first one purchased 3 years ago. Was in my kitchen and now on an outside covered porch with wicker furniture. Extremely handsome!!

Just what the room needed.
We've had the rug a few weeks and are very happy with it. It suits he neutral colors in the room as well as the blue highlights. It's thick and warm and the kids (and dogs) love to lie on it.

great rug for our bedroom!
we purchased this rug for our bedroom...the pool blue color is not as bright as the photo shown - but it is perfect for our bedroom...
the quality is excellent and it is very plush and cozy!

Gorgeous!
Like one of the other reviews, I have a lot of Mackenzie-Childs. This rug goes great with it. I bought the spa color and thought it looks like the picture. It is more aqua color. I love it!

These rugs add one more dimension to the overall design of the space.
I love the look and quality of the 2 rugs I purchased. I didn't expect the look of completion they gave my outdoor room/patio. Also, they shake out, sweep off, and/or vacuum up very easily.

Love this rug!
Purchased both the 3x5 and 2x3 for our mudroom and they look great ! I bought the dark brown and the color is very pretty - holding up well with heavy foot traffic so far also.

I like the rug
It has good texture, colors and design. It's in front of an outside door where it gets much traffic. I'm pleased that it doesn't show much dirt and vaccums/shakes out easily.

Great look, great value!
This rug has great style, is durable and looks more expensive than it is. I am using it in my entry where my family and pets come and go and it is holding up beautifully!

This product is very well made.
I love this rug, looks and feels like it's made from wool.So far I've only vacuumed, however. the rug still appears clean and fresh. I would order another if I needed to.

The rugs I purchased are perfect in my kitchen. They are not only beautiful, but they are soft, comfortable to walk on and they are quite unique....just what I wanted!

Love these rugs
Great quality, wonderful design; fabulous feel on the foot. I have four of them; 2 runners, the small one for the foyer and the 4x6 in front of the Martin Console.

OK -
I normally love everything from Ballard. This rug is just OK -- really dulls very quickly, and constantly have to hand-pull dust, etc from it. Pretty but just OK.

Disappointing
The first day I put this rug inside our side entrance, it began to fray and pick. So disappointed as the design was perfect for our decor.

The rug looked exactly like the catalog display.
The rug met my expectations completely. And it even uncurled quickly so it was easy to set up. The color matches the picture. Looks great!

I love the design.
This indoor/outdoor rug is surprisingly soft on the bare feet. It's plush, hides spills and the design looks great with my decor.
