Beautiful rug
You would never know this is an indoor/outdoor rug. It is very plush and a beautiful soft sage green. I am very pleased with the quality of this rug.

Nice rug, plush, color is a little deceiving, the tan,inside the diamond is really brown thread mixed with tan, if you zoom you can see it.
Inside the diamonds, the thread is medium brown mixed with a lighter tan, so it really does look much different than the picture,. It was the lightest color, so i picked it, and I kept it because it is a fun rug, but dont expect it to be a straight light tan insude the diamonds.i

Love the design and feel
I purchased both the brown and red versions of this rug for the eat in kitchen and dining room. They coordinate well in rooms that adjoin. Excited about both colors, these rugs work nicely under the tables and chairs, and feel great underfoot. I was pleased with the ease of ordering and delivery.

Very Sharp Looking Carpet
Love the carpet..the care directions said not to use a beater bar vacuum but I have used my Kirby on it and it has been fine.

So far, so good.
I like the rug very much... colors and style as pictured and described. It looks great. I didn't give it 5 stars because I haven't had it long enough to know how it will wear. It feels soft like an indoor rug. I hope it fulfills my expectations as an outdoor rug because I'm using it in the kitchen.

I like the rug design and color, but...
I was really happy to get rugs, I love the design and the colors! I ordered 2 runners and a 2'x3' and the colors are what I expected based on reading the reviews. However, I am disappointed with the "Hand hooked of durable poly-acrylic pile". In less than 2 weeks after putting down the rugs they are all pilled and just look dirty, even though they are not. I have been vacuuming almost every day and they still look bad. I am sending back:-(((

Feels like wool
I bought the olive for my kitchen It feels soft underfoot and the color is great for this high traffic area. I was tempted to buy the purple, which looks great also. Would definitely recommend this- you just have to be careful not to use a really strong vaccuum as it can create pulls.

ugly color
From the pics online the lattice work looked black and white or maybe cream but it is truly black and yellow and very unattractive with the tan background. They are so ugly that I am willing to pay 18 dollars to return them. Disappointed in my first Ballard order.

The rug is even better in real life
This is a beautiful, high quality rug that rolled out flat almost immediately and fit the room perfectly. I am using it in the house and it's hard to believe it doubles as an inside/outside rug. It is comfortable to walk on and is far more luxurious than the picture indicates in the catalog. You can choose this rug with confidence.

Super Pop of Style
I put this rug in the kitchen of my summer home. It is rugged, doesn't show spots and gives it a fresh new look. My four grandkids put it to the test last week.
The color was true. I bought the sage green.
I'm a very happy customer.

Hallway Rug that will take a lot of Traffic
I DO like the rug--bought it for my hallway and stairs in from garage. Only complaint would be that the white border doesn't look very white--kinda looks like it's dirty and it is NOT dirty. Maybe it's because it's next to the black stripes, but it looks gray instead of white (which was what I expected) I only looked at it for about a year before I could make the decision to buy it and I WOULD ORDER IT AGAIN, SO OVERALL, GOOD RUG.

Picture doesn't make it justice
Beautiful rug. Very soft, elegant and well constructed.
I bought a 2x9 for my powder room and this rug makes it that much warmer and inviting. I think i will consider decorating the rest of the room around it. Might even consider sending a few pictures to the design studio section and hopefully get some help from the Ballard team.
For the record, I have purchase many items from Ballard, always very happy with the quality even though there is no way of tracking the shipments. Customer service is always prompt and helpful.

More handsome in person
I had read another review that noted the softness in feel and sophisticated look of these carpets, and they did not let me down! I am a decorator and they are paired with antiques in an entryway and look very chic and expesive. Zoom in on the carpet and you will see that the solid color is actually varied which adds to the sophisticated look. A winner!

Beautiful rug!
I bought the runner and the smallest one in brown for my kitchen, and wow. They look very classy and high-end designer. If you're on the fence about this, go for it. You won't be sorry. These are gorgeous.

Rugs very nice but color not as shown
The rugs are very nicely made and very soft. They are priced right but my only problem was the colors are very different than the picture indicates. I ordered the blue and when it arrived the edges that look white/black are actually tan/yellow/black and the blue was a green/blue. They are very nice rugs if the colors work for you.

great rug for our bedroom!
we purchased this rug for our bedroom...the pool blue color is not as bright as the photo shown - but it is perfect for our bedroom...
the quality is excellent and it is very plush and cozy!

Beautiful, soft rug
More lovely in person than in the catalog. The rug is very soft underfoot...doesn't feel at all like an indoor outdoor. The blue has subtle striation to the color...it actually has tan, yellow, blue and green colors that from a distance look like a more solid blue. Great value at the current sale price too!

Beautiful, great quality
I have these rugs already in my kitchen. I just ordered a second set so I will have replacements when the other ones wear out. Love the look so much that I don't want to chance them being out of stock. Color is very close to the picture. Great product. Love that I can get them on bringing home Ballard.

Turin Indoor Outdoor Rug - disappointment
I was disappointed to unwrap the rug to find the colors were not as they presented in the catalogue. The "white" portion of the rug is really a dark beige, and the green is not at all as it appears in the picture. I am sure the product is of decent quality, however for me, I have no use for it and it is back in the wrapper. I have never used it and would like to send it back.

Very soft and plush for an outdoor rug
After purchasing many less expensive runners and being very dissatisfied with them I decided to purchase the Turin Rug. And while I agree with others who said the colors are not as vivid as in the catalog picture, I still really love it. It is so plush underfoot and I love the unique look of it.

The rug I ordered looked great in the catalog. Unfortunately it keeps snagging and doesn't look that good. It doesn't appear that way in the catalog. So I'm sort of stuck I guess with always having to clip the threads. I don't think I will buy a rug from a catalog again.

Good rug, not well represented in the group rug photo.
I really like the rug. I was very glad to have read the reader reviews before buying it. I bought the red rug. It is not the bright red color as shown in the photo. It is much closer to the deeper brick color shown in the individual rug photo. Also the off-white sqares are more greyed than white. All that said, the brick red is wahat I wanted and am very happy with the qualityof the rug.

Looks great and has style.
I purchased this rug for my kitchen to put in an area that will get a lot of wear and tear so I wanted one that could be cleaned easily and often. Usually outdoor rugs are thin. this one is thick and does not look like mose outdoor rugs. It looks great in my kitchen.

Very well made rug, great value and durable.
I picked out this rug because of the incredible price. Thought that if it wasn't the best made it wouldn't really matter since it was so inexpensive. Boy was I surprised. This is a quality made product. I even had one shipped to my daughter and she was very happy with it too. We are both using it in our homes even though it is made to be outdoors as well. I also liked the fact that it was made in Belgium.

Great Value that does not break the budget.
I have been most pleased with the indoor/outdoor rug runner recently purchased. I placed it in my hallway and it is most practical for me having pets. It has the look of a more expensive rug and it is soft. It vacuums great too.

Love this rug
I bought this rug for my daughter's new apartment. After reading the reviews on it , and the complaints of color variations form the picture, I decided to order it anyway. My daughter loves it. It is really a great rug for her hallway and the design is very fun. It wears well and is such a great entry statement into her apartment. I have ordered many things from Ballard and they never fail to please.

not what I thought
It's a very thick, well-made rug, but the color was not what I thought (as others have commented). Colors are always difficult to tell on the internet but the "red" is more of a rust and the "cream" on it is very yellow brown. Since I wanted to use it in front of a sliding door (thus the indoor/outdoor version) I was expecting something a little less plush, a little more "sturdy." So it gets high marks for quality, but totally not what I was looking for or how it is described.
