Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

Quality seems there...
the issue I have with this rug is that there is virtually no contrast between the background and foreground. I had to check the website to make sure I'd ordered the correct rug. The pattern is the same, it's all just one muddy color, which is a shame as I had been looking for a living room rug for over a year. I'm not returning it-too much hassle, but I have no idea where to put it. One other thing, the smell, it still has a strong chemical odor even after being unwrapped for three weeks.

Beautiful!
i wanted a small round rug for my breakfast nook and this one is perfect (4"round) and it is lovely. the colors are well defined and subtle and the splash of the deep brick red is fantastic with my gold and yellow walls in the room. I can't tell you how comfortable it is. it is nicely finished on the back as well. the packaging was fine and no damage to the rug. I can see using in a bathroom or front hall or beside a bed if desired. i read reviews before buying and while others were not pleased with the colors, i was so pleased. i own and have owned many orientals of various types i've purchased all over the world and this one is a classic colorwise. The pattern is lovely and will suit any place i choose to use. The grays, golds and tans are great and make it pretty neutral but that being said, it also makes it classic as mentioned. I think you will enjoy this one very much. the ballard quality is definitely present.

Colors not like what appears on website
I bought this rug in 4ft round and 12ft runner for front hallway. When it arrived (much sooner than expected) I was very disappointed with the coloring. I agree with the other comments that it is much less vivid than the photo on the website and appears very "muddy" with a lot less contrast. The background color which appears to be a light beige/creme on the website is actually a darker grey/brown color. We will sadly be promptly returning both rugs.

I love my Triana rug!!
I am thrilled with my Triana rug runner. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived earlier than I had expected. The colors are gorgeous and very true to the colors pictured on-line. It is very thick and luxurious, and I feel it was definitely worth its price!
