Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

Great sofa, be sure to upgrade the mattress, and order a swatch.
I am very happy with the design and quality of this sofa. There are a few things to consider:
1. Order a swatch of fabric before placing your order. I had ordered several swatches and was confortable with the fact that they all appeared as they do on my computer screen. Not so fast. I ordered the sofa in Danish Linen Natural, expecting a brownish color, but received a sofa that was off white. I think that it was actually covered in Danish Linen Oatmeal as the photo representation of that fabric in the catalog is exactly what I received on my sofa. So, Buyer Beware, always get a swatch.
2. Upgrade the mattress. The mattress that comes on the pull-out sleeper is of very poor quality. I wish we had upgraded as it's basically a mediocre cot mattress. We'll be trading it out when we can find an appropriate replacement.
Also, shipping and handling took twice as long as I was told, so be sure to order 8-10 weeks before you'll need it. I was told I would have it in 3-5 weeks but it wasn't delivered for nine weeks.
All in all, my experience was very mixed. I'm happy with the design of the sofa, although it is lighter than I wanted it to be. And I was frustrated with the production and shipping delays.
I'm adding photos so that you can see what the final product looks like. I'm also adding a "recommended product" of the original fabric that I ordered it in so that you can see the difference.

Larger than expected
Love the chair and fabric that we selected; however, the size is more in line with a small loveseat than a chair. Have not had anyone sleep on it yet, but the mattress looks very thin! Can't imagine it will sleep well. Purchased a four inch mattress topper to use when we have guests but will not be able to fold the bed up with the topper on. I recommended the product but more for the chair/loveseat than the sleeper.
