Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery.
Express Delivery Express orders received by 3 p.m. EST are shipped the same day. For items under 15 lb., the following Express Delivery rates apply:

Swatch Shipping Ballard Designs offers up to 10 free swatches for all of our fabrics for a small fee of $5.95 for shipping and processing. It will take 3-7 business days for your swatches to arrive. The swatches are approximately a 3" X 3" square.

Just as another reviewer mentioned, I have looked at Storm Over the Marsh for several months. When it went on sale, I grabbed it. By it's sheer size, it's impressive. The painting itself is beautiful and meticulously produced. Soon after I got it, two people came to my home and asked if I had painted it or bought it (thinking it was an original). I explained that it was a giclee (digitally reproduced), a process with which they weren't familiar. Simply put, it looks like an original painting and it's well-worth every penny. The artist James Way is truly talented.

I like the giclee, "Storm over the marsh" very much. It is impressive in size and muted in color.....it doesn't swallow up the room. Ballard's always has quality pieces.....

I rarely write reviews but this piece of artwork is stunning. We have a floor to ceiling stone fireplace and it's placed leaning slightly on the mantle. It makes a dramatic statement. I just wish I would have bought it sooner, but I was waiting for it to go on sale. We absolutely love it!

What can I say I am a huge fan! This piece is amazing on the creamy gold caramel colored walls my master! As always his artwork brings a sense of awe and tranquility. He seems to capture moments of intense calm amid storms brewing, horses lifting their feet, etc. I have a few of his pieces scattered about the house... this is another can't miss. The only regret I have is that originally this was to be in my son's room, I hijacked it, and he knows... LOL
