We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or refund (excluding Shipping & Processing fees). All products are guaranteed from defects for a full year.
Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.
Special delivery methods are noted in the item description.
Standard Delivery
Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery
Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery
In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery.
Express Delivery
Express orders received by 3 p.m. EST are shipped the same day.
For items under 15 lb., the following Express Delivery rates apply:
- Two day service, add $9.95
- Next day service, add $19.95
- Alaska, Puerto Rico, USVI & Hawaii, add $9.95 (Express Delivery required)

Swatch Shipping
Ballard Designs offers up to 10 free swatches for all of our fabrics for a small fee of $5.95 for shipping and processing. It will take 3-7 business days for your swatches to arrive. The swatches are approximately a 3" X 3" square.

Gorgeous Modern Bed!

I ordered this bed in January and received it in April. The reason the bed takes some time to be delivered is because each bed is custom made based on your specifications upon ordering. At the time I was anxious to get the bed after ordering it, but it was well worth the wait.
I'm in love with my new Squire Untufed Bed! I had been looking everywhere for the perfect classic, sophisticated bed and low and behold it was at Ballard Designs. I would recommend this bed to anyone looking for a modern and clean look as it's very reasonably priced and the quality and design are great. This bed definitely exceeded my expectations and it's absolutely gorgeous in person!!!
Additionally, the packaging was great in making sure my off-white bed had no issues arriving in PERFECT condition. The assembly of the bed was very easy, too!
Again, I am in love with my bed and highly recommend it!
Thank you Ballard Designs! You just made the first big part (and most important) of my bedroom redecorating project very promising :)

What I have always wanted!

I have always wanted this kind of a bed since I was in middle school, but I never had the bedroom that it would look right in. So I knew once I got married this would be one of the first things I would buy. I didnt even shop around I know BD would give me everything I was looking for.(I have ordered a number of things before)
It didnt really take that long to come in ..maybe like a month and a half, BD let me know at every step where this bed was,( when and where it was getting upholstered, etc.)
It came well packaged and my husband and father -in -law put it together in no time!
I absolutely love our bed and I really dont ever see me getting rid of it! like I said, it was everything I have always wanted! :)
