It is just 'OK'...
I purchased the letter "M" for a gift and was pretty disappointed with the whole thing. The first thing I noticed was that it was kinda hard to guess that it was supposed to look like an "M". I had to tell the person whom I gave it to what it was. Um, that is kind of embarrasing...especially at this price point. Also, it was not as full as pictured and you cannot do any "fluffing" or rearranging of the wreath without doing some major damage. In the end, I just left it as it was shipped. Probably should have returned it, but what a hastle at Christmas time. This was my first purchase from this website and I do not know if I will make another.

I was disappointed in the "W"
I ordered the letter wreath in "W" I was really excited to get it but so disappointed to find when it arrived that it didn't really look like a "W." The outside "arms" of the W were too straight up and down -- it would have helped if they were angled out a bit. Other letters like "I" or "L" may be more obvious but the "W" was disappointing. I would have returned it but by the time I paid for the original shipping and then return shipping it would have cost me almost as much as keeping the wreath.

Attractive but design details sloppy
I bought "S" and "W" for interior design clients of mine who are married but have different last names.
The "S" is taller than the "W" and the "W" is so compacted that it is difficult to recognize what the letter is.
This happened because of design specification sloppiness on behalf of Ballard Designs. They should have taken the shape of each individual letter into their design consideration and manufacturing specifications. Then they should have inspected a physical sample of each letter before they signed off on the manufacturing of this item.
Also, the greenery at the ends of each letter was falling off. It was glued on with hot glue. The glue globs were visible and the greens were not securely attached.
While the wreaths are great visual props and a clever idea, the technical and manufacturing problems outweigh the overall concept.

Don't buy the W
If it was an M it might have been acceptable.
You can't even tell it is a letter. Very small, tight and skinny.
Severely disappointed and misrepresented!!

Great looking 'J'
Arrived today in wonderful condition. Very full, great green color. Can't wait to receive my 'Y' and add a fresh wreath to spell "Joy" in our family room.

Great Gift or Buy One for Yourself
I bought these for all my friends/family for the holidays and they were a huge hit. I did their last name initial if they were married and first initial if they were single... I bought one for myself too and I've gotten a lot of compliments on it. For the price, they were the perfect personal holiday gift...and not to mention a great gift for those hard to buy for friends we all have in our lives. It's one of those accessories you can keep up well after the holidays. Certain letters needed a little adjusting and it could use a bow or some type of "flair"... other than that, I highly recommend.

Loved the Idea
Loved the idea of this wreath, and the quality is in line with Ballard standards, so you won't be disappointed. The W, however looked more like an H because it has straight sidelines, and the greenery is plentiful, so the valleys of the W were filled with the greenery. Nothing a clippers can't fix. We trimmed out some of the greenery to show off the shape a bit better, and got a ton of compliments with it dressing the door during the holiday season.

Admired this custom design for the holidays
Was placed in my kitchen, on a forged black hook that stems from my colorful, stone chimney. Provided a custom look for unique holiday decor. Everyone noticed and commented on the large wreath during the winter months.

Great product and quality!
I loved my spruce "J" alphabet wreath! I loved it so much that I bought all the girls in my family one for Christmas as well. Right after Christmas I decided that I wanted to spell out "JOY", but it was too late to purchase the "O" and "Y", wish the letters were stocked a bit longer.

Beautiful wreath
I bought one for myself to see the quality of the product. It is beautiful and very well shaped. I ended up buying 6 more for gifts. You cannot preview all of the letters online, but all the ones I purchased were beautiful!

The "G" looked nice
I ordered the "G" in 2012 and it looks just like the description. The only issue I had was that the metal loop to hang it wasn't placed correctly. It was centered in the back, but since the "G" 's center of gravity is not in the center, the wreath hung crooked. With a minor fix, everything was fine.

Looks real but not like the letter, quality poor
This looks like realistic spruce pieces; however, I ordered a C and it looks like a G. The end also is breaking off. It looks like the end pieces were hot glued on and I was able to reattach them but the should not be falling off in the first place. Also, just wish it looks more like a C, if those end pieces were more securely attached, they wouldn't be fraying out to look like a G.

Looking forward to displaying our "M"!
Just received the M wreath and I love it. It's the perfect size for our front door. The greenery is all laying in one direction and sort of flat for shipping purposes. I started fluffing the branches and positioning them in natural looking directions like the sample picture and it looked great in no time. Great buy. I will enjoy this for years.

I ordered the wreath in the letter B for myself and liked it so well I ordered more for my employees wives for Christmas. Just hung it yesterday with the burlap & red ribbon. Looks great!!

Product needs decorating
It's just ok. Quite fake looking and "H" is a little crooked on one side. Going to light & decorate it to "spruce" it up. Good if you need a large letter.

Great Holiday Gift for Neighbors...
I purchased several of these wreaths as holiday gifts for the neighbors. Needless to say that everyone was surprised I was able to find a "C", "B", and "J" wreath. It puts a personalized twist on a holiday gift. I was able to add some flare with a handmade bow and some additional holiday decorations. Will look to purchase more as the opportunity to do so presents itself

alphabet wreath
I usually use real greenery for my holiday decorating so when I ordered the artificial alphabet wreath, I was nervous about how it might look but I love it! It's very natural looking and will go well with my fresh cut greenery during Christmas!
