If you don't absolutely love your new slipcovered seating or upholstered seating for any reason, return it within 10 days of delivery absolutely free – we'll even pay the return shipping. It's that simple. We guarantee it. Now doesn't that make you happy?

We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or refund (excluding Shipping & Processing fees). All products are guaranteed from defects for a full year.

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Standard Delivery
Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.

Threshold Delivery
Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.

In-Home Delivery
In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)

O/S (Oversized) Delivery
Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

Express Delivery
Express orders received by 3 p.m. EST are shipped the same day.
For items under 15 lb., the following Express Delivery rates apply:

Two day service, add $9.95
Next day service, add $19.95
Alaska, Puerto Rico, USVI & Hawaii, add $9.95 (Express Delivery required)

Swatch Shipping
Ballard Designs offers up to 10 free swatches for all of our fabrics for a small fee of $5.95 for shipping and processing. It will take 3-7 business days for your swatches to arrive. The swatches are approximately a 3" X 3" square.

This product is well made and finished our space beautifully. We needed a small table with seating for up to four people. The cream color is rich with just a hint of yellow/orange. The set is professionally packaged, shipped on time and the table was easy to assemble. We have no regrets. July 14, 2012

Fabulous look! Had to wait a while for this product but it was certainly worth the wait. Great looking. Had priced other tables and chairs much higher in cost and not any better quality. I love this table! We love love love our new table! It's great quality, perfect size for our needs (we got the 48" it's not too big or too small), and everyone who has seen it has complimented us on it. I do think the chairs need a cushion (I don't love the thatched seat and they're a little hard) and we had protective glass made to protect the top which I highly recommend (learned our lesson the hard way with our last table). All in all this is a great table and very reasonably priced! March 30, 2012

Several Problems with order When we put the table together there were missing bolts, there was also a broken dowel that helps to secure the table top to the pedestal. We contacted Ballard and they were helpful and offered a discount for the trouble. Later I noticed that the table top had a residue, I assume from the styrofoam packaging. I live in GA so I assume the heat either from the warehouse or truck caused some of the packaging to melt to the top. I contacted Ballard and they suggested a way to clean the top and offered replacement.I love the look of the set and I had no problems with the chairs. September 22, 2011

great for barbie's townhouse We bought the rubbed cream Sydney 5 piece dining set and are a bit disappointed. This table is "cute" but the quality is not great for the price. The table size is good but the chairs are very small; overall looks more like Barbie Doll furniture and scratches very easily. September 8, 2011

Love, love, love this table and chairs set! The Sidney Pedestal Dining Table and LeMans Chair set fits perfect in my new French country kitchen. I was looking for just the right look and size for the space when I saw this set in black. It arrived quickly, the table was easy to assemble, and the chairs were packed in such a way there could not have been any possibility of damage. sidney table is casual yet elegant and practical the sidney dining table and chairs is exactly what i expected. it works very well in kitchen with limited eating area. the size is perfect and can comfortably fit 4-6 people. April 3, 2011

Perfect table for the perfect spot We have a little eat in area in our kitchen and needed a table that would fit. The 42" table is just the right size. Even with four people sitting at it, it doesn't feel small. We ordered the rubbed white and it looks perfect. There was a little delay with the shipping, but the table was worth the wait. Well made and beautiful This beautiful, well-made dining set has completed our newly renovated kitchen/den space. At first I was confused by "scratches" on the chairs, but I realized they are intentional patina that keep the chairs from looking too factory-made perfect. The table does creak occasionally when my 6'4" husband leans on it. However, I am confident it will hold up well over the years. The chairs support his weight well! The seats are very sturdy. Overall, is just what we were looking for This set is exactly as we hoped it would be in size and color. Very pleased, but somewhat concerned about the durability of the finish, especially on the tabletop which gets daily use. Had hoped the finish would be more "washable". The Sidney dining set is my "icing on the cake"! The Sidney dining set is everything I'd been looking for. After a major home remodel, I searched for months for the perfect dining set to fit into our small eat-in kitchen dining area. After finding absolutely nothing in every furniture store in San Jose and San Francisco and everywhere in between, I turned to my trusty Ballard catalog in search of a 42" round table and found the perfect set with Sidney. Casual dining with Ballard I love the table and chairs. I felt it was good quality for the price offered. My mistake was that I should have gotten the table a little larger. I know you are a good company and would have taken it back and exchanged it for me, but I am 72 years old and having someone take it apart and put the new one together would have been hard.
