Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery.
Express Delivery Express orders received by 3 p.m. EST are shipped the same day. For items under 15 lb., the following Express Delivery rates apply:

I received the servers within a couple of weeks. Two were slightly chipped on bottom edge, but nothing that couldn't be easily touched up with paint. Bottom part with drawers is very sturdy. Top part could be better quality in my opinion. Have already received many compliments from people. Color is more antiqued, but not overly so.

I gave this 4 stars for 2 reasons: 1) the color is ok and oddly enough blends in neutrally, but I'd prefer it be offered in other colors; and 2) the small drawers in the upper hutch have 3 dividers in them, but they do not come out, making the drawer useless for anything but slim utensils. Since I bought 3 units that means there are 18 tiny cubby areas and I don't have that many spoons! And those dividers are seriously in there-- the pieces are very well made, and I'm having to hammer them out and then pull the nails out of each divider and there are 7 for each divider. It would be great if these dividers were able to come out optionally so you could configure the drawer for your particular needs. What I really like about these units are that they are truly spacious -- they don't use extra chunky wood that takes up valuable storage space. And on the bottom unit, you can't open both drawers at the same time, which is a nice safety feature to prevent tipping. And the wood smells good. As for the top units, each shelf has a plate groove so they're all interchangeable. Overall I'm happy with this purchase, but I am eventually going to have to paint them the color I want.

I bought this set for my wife for Christmas and she absolutely loves it! The color is definitely gray/green but looks fantastic. Made very well, and looks great. I would recommend this.

The finish is more of an antiqued gray in the gray-green family. In the picture it looks more neutral, flat and modern. Also, there is no glass! The shelving is completely open. I don't want to have to wash all my crystal before and after I use it. However, it seems to be solid and well-constructed, and for a more rustic or country style it would be lovely.
