In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

Color definitely more like the second photos
as others have reviewed. I got the Cocoa rug and it is much more muted than the single photos, but I expected that after reading what others had posted. I'm seeing quite a bit of shedding still, three weeks later, and need to vacuum 3x a week to stay on top of it. There are also fibers that are "pulling" up and popping out of the rug--I am hoping this is just an initial wear issue and will stop. Overall, the quality/look of the rug is nice, and what I expected for the money. It is in a high-use family room where I don't spend a lot of money on items.

No complaint rug
We have received the Satari blue rug for a while. Each time it was vacuumed, the color became more crisp. There is more yellow/light brown color in the main area as expected, but the good thing is that it does not look bad whatever you drop on the rug. We have a 50's condo with a wood room (very brown colored wood walls), this light blue rug opens the room while the light brown and yellow pulls the room together. There is also somewhat whitish color that reflects with our white ceiling. We have chosen the light blue in 6' X 9' and found that we can use it in different rooms outside of our wood room. So far the shedding is not too bad. Our regular robot vacuum could not pick up the shedding though. We had to resort to our Kirby.

A beautiful rug at an unbelievable value
We are extremely pleased with this rug. The colors are exactly what we hoped they would be, and the other reviewer is correct that they best match the photo with the 3 rugs layered on top of each other. In the other photos the colors look much bolder than they appear in real life. The brown and blue base colors work beautifully with our walnut floors, and the lighter coffees, tans, and greens are perfect for lighter floors or for pulling other coordinating colors. The carpet is very comfortable underfoot (we bought the premium rug pad from Ballard) and doesn't seem to shed much aside from the initial vacuum. We looked at a LOT of rugs, and there weren't many in the 10'x14' size that we liked. This one is absolutely perfect and is also one of the least expensive ones we saw. Also, a quick comment about Ballard's service... in the process of moving we missed the delivery of this rug and it was returned to the shipper TWICE. Ballard was accommodating throughout the entire process and made sure we ended up receiving the product without having to pay for any additional shipping. Plus, the representatives are extremely nice on the phone on very helpful. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire purchase experience.

Beautiful Rug
I had been looking at this rug in blue for a couple of years before I actually purchased it. My hesitation was that I usually don't spend this kind of money on something I can't see in person. I obtained a swatch however it was a border piece and didn't show much of the blue that I was more interested in. I finally placed the order and my only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner. This couldn't be more perfect for my living room. My furniture is tan/khaki and the drapes are khaki with cream scrollwork and once the rug was placed everything pulled together perfectly. The quality is incredible. It is thick and plushy when walking - even my teenage boys complimented.
If you are looking for the perfect shades of smoky french blue - you will not be disappointed with this rug.
