Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

Quality, Roomy, and Easy to Organize and Find Shoes
After searching for a shoe organizer that would have enough room per cube or cubby, hold enough pairs (24!) of shoes/shoe-boots/5.5 heels, etc, and have a quality appearance, and good, solid construction, even lining in each cube-- this is it. The shipping was quite pricey, approx. $140+ but it is a very heavy piece, and the trucking company did an outstanding job of calling, scheduling, and delivery, so no complaints. A couple people helped set it up, but it took very little time and only a couple power tools. It is a perfect alternative to some kind of complicated, expensive total closet system, and I actually have this unit against a back side bedroom wall. The unit appears to be able to be set up either up or down sided, as far as the size(s) of the various cubes. I had some plastic boxes or wood or metal racks before, or a few cubes, and none of these systems worked well or looked nice. This is a little pricey, but once in place, worth it for it's looks and function. The height exceeds the room door frames, so be certain of your measurements. it might be a problem compared to a different storage tower. The room ceiling is high so not a problem, but it could be for someone--so measure first!

The Sarah Storage Tower is a beautiful piece of furniture that has made my walk in closet look very elegant and well organized. I wish I had a bigger walk in closet so I could get the matching pieces. If you decide to purchase this item opt. for the white glove service because the piece is well made, as a result, it's very heavy.

Beautiful, sturdy storage piece
We really needed help organizing our "mudroom area". It was a constant mess. The narrow depth of this piece fit perfectly in our small space. Now, the area looks lovely! It is a solid, heavy, attractive piece. The cubbies are velvet-lined. The paint looked a little more greenish to me in the photo than it does in person. It is a neutral taupe color.
