Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

Beautiful colors and heavy duty
I have this runner in my master bathroom. The colors are wonderful and the rug is very heavy duty. The mocha has more of a red/brown than just brown color, but it works fine in my space.

Beautiful rugs for the price
I have three of these in my master bedroom and they are terrific- beautiful colors (true to the photos on my computer), nice thick rugs. I am using the basic rug pads with them, and they work great for keeping the rugs in place on my hardwood floors.

Great place to start
I used this rug as a starting point for a recent re-decoration. I loved it in the catalogue because it offered a traditional feel with updated colors. I loved the rug even more when it came. It is a much denser pile than I expected (even though I got the sample) and the pile height makes it a very luxurious rug. The blue-green is muted by a grey tone, but the color definitely reads blue-green. The wool feels great. There have been a few yarns that have come loose from the pile.
This rug through Ballard was an excellent price, I really compared prices extensively. I found the customer service very helpful with all my questions and concerns.

Beautiful Rugs
I ordered two of these rugs in the 2' x 3' size and I love them. I put them in my kitchen, one in front of my range and the other in front of the sink. I have regular knee and back pain and these are very thick and give me padding to stand on while I'm cooking, which really helps my joints. The colors are great, too!!
